Our experience with promotion source was absolutely terrible. Me and my colleague reached out to Cindy and Margaret to place an order with them. We met them and talked about what we wanted for our order and at first they were nice and accommodating. We talked pricing and turnaround time and we're told that our order would be completed in 2 weeks. That date was March 20th, 2023. Today is April 13th 2023 and not only did we never receive our order, we were met with racist and ignorant remarks by both Cindy and Margaret. We had been reaching out to them for 3 weeks for updates on our order as they failed to communicate any updates throughout the entire process. We learned that they hadn't even begun working on our order until days ago. We reached out one final time today April 13th to see when our order would be done as they had promised at least 4 different completion dates to us throughout the past week. After the phone call, Margaret called us back yelling at us and telling us that we need not rush them and that they were working on our order. We explained that we were not rushing but that we just wanted communication and updates on what was going on since the previous promised completion dates had not been met. Margaret then said that she "doesn't need our order and if we want to come pick up our shirts we can". We supplied the blank shirts to them at the beginning of the process as they told us that they prefer for us to bring our own. We went to pick up the blank shirts and were met with Cindy and Margaret being very childish in their demeanor. As we waited for the shirts to be brought to us they uttered things under their breath and said things like "maybe you guys should learn how to spell since you misspelled something on your neck tags". After receiving the shirts Cindy told us to never come back after we told them that we were displeased with their service. Then it gets interesting... Cindy proceeds to say ... "get your black ass out of here you ignorant animal, you need to get out of here, I should've never let you in here, or maybe I should call the government to get you out of here since the government always helps you people all the time anyways, and oh yeah I guess we'll give you a donation since you can't pay for the tags". This was completely unnecessary and ignorant. We are two young black men who run a clothing business and nothing we said or did warranted that kind of comment. We offered many times to pay for the order upfront and they told us that it could wait. After Margaret threatened to not do the order and told us that "we can come pick the shirts up if we don't want to wait", we did just that and she wanted to charge us for printing neck tag labels on the shirts.. even through all of this we were considering just paying for the tags when she said the above " I guess we'll give you a donation since you can't pay for the tags". All in all, this has been a terrible experience with a company that can't clearly prioritize their orders and workload. They showed that they are racist through their comments and showed how bad they are at their jobs. If we could rate them negative stars , we would. Absolutely terrible all the way around and I do NOT recommend. So many other screen printers in the area. This review is just for caution to a potential next customer of theirs. read more
