I do not recommend this place. I came to this place because I wanted to remove one line from my account , it was too expensive for me to pay for two. I only wanted to keep one line. Travis wanted to help me, and I agreed. He told me that we would remove one line, just as I wanted, and that ,,HE HAVE A GOOD DEAL FOR ME,, He said he would give me a FREE tablet and a watch. But he didn't tell me that I would have to pay for them for three years. Plus, that would add two more lines. So instead of having just one line, as I originally wanted, I ended up with three. He never told me about this. He didn't ask me anything at all. He started processing a new phone without my permission. He didn't even ask me if I wanted a new phone. When I got home, I saw that I now had three lines instead of one. He said it was a good deal, but I'm not sure it was a good deal for me. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND - when replacing my phone for a manufacturer defect, I was prompted to upgrade for $190. Customer service rep did not inform me that a replacement device would be available through insurance for $0. To make matters worse, when my husband called the store to discuss a price discrepancy ($0 replacement vs $54.02 charged), the customer service rep (Peter) replied, "Just go to Facebook Marketplace and buy a phone for $50." This is far from the service I expect. Verizon, you can do better. read more

Patrick and the other man who helped me (I'm so sorry I forgot his name.) with moving from my old provider to Verizon were examples of extraordinary customer service. It's so rare to see these days, and 90% of the five stars goes to them since we did not purchase a phone, but when I need to in the future, I will go to this location. We were also there two days in a row, and despite the wait, there were no complaints. Please commend these guys for really knowing their stuff. read more

If you need a new phone, ask for Mitch! He not only knows the tech really well, but if you give him even a vague idea of what you are looking to pick up, he'll give you some options. He knew everything from battery life, to screen resolutions. He also has a vast level of personal experience from the Apple lineup and Android offering. Also on my visit, he had to navigate a complicated family plan that required some talking to Verizon's help desk too. He was great at making it a simple experience for me. And he laid out all the costs, making no surprises at the end of the purchase. read more

As you know, switching phones and carriers is as much fun as going to the DMV. However, working with Miguel made it not only tolerable, but enjoyable. He went beyond helping me with issues i was previously having with old phone and got me into a new phone and to switch carriers when I didn't know if that is what I wanted to do yet. He was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasant to work with. I will definitely go back to this location bc of him. I should also mention, I stopped by another Verizon store that morning where they had one salesperson on the floor who was busy with someone. No one else to assist me with my questions. So, I left since no one even greeted me. This location was staffed appropriately and not one customer waited for assistance while I was there for the afternoon. read more

I had an excellent experience at this location. I came in because of a billing issue I needed help with, and the customer service was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions and explained everything. The store is clean and well organized. I had my elderly mother with me, and they were very polite and kind to her as well. I would highly recommend this location. Being right next door to Starbucks is a bonus. read more

Eder was the rep that helped me on my phone upgrade and he was truly the best rep I have ever had at Verizon. He took the time to review my account with me and go over many beneficial promotions. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very responsive. He took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything about my upgrades were completed thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I have been waiting to write a review on Cellular Sales (Verizon) in the hopes that my issues would be resolved, and I would have something nice to say. Because honestly, when you walk in the store these guys are super nice, professional, and seem so honest. Unfortunately, it's an act. The first thing you should know is that there is no manager at this store ever. So if you do run into a problem. No one will ever be able to solve it. I have even sat at a desk and had the employee call and text the regional manager to try and get my issues resolved, and no one has ever called me back. The details on what went wrong my account don't really matter. What does matter is that Adrian, the agent who set up our account, made some mistakes on the front end and made some promises that he could not keep. This was back in November of 2018. He has since agreed to make things right at least 4 different times. Each time he has made a promise and each time he has failed to keep his promise. At this point, we are working directly with Verizon on the corporate level to get our issues resolved and the corporate office is filing a complaint against this store for their failure to honestly serve their clientele. Please, if you are thinking of doing business with Verizon head over to the company store near the HIP. This authorized retailer is not really authorized to do much, other than scam you. read more
