The iPhone screen replacement wax extremely quick 15 minutes both times and the price was much lower than what I was quoted at the apple store; however the screen is generic and it will differ a little but the phone will be functional. Both times the wife of the owner was so nice and gave me a free screen protector. The laptop hinge issue fix was ok but the time was extremely long as the owner was ordering parts and there was a wait. I think more communication would have gone a long way. All in all I would recommend V fix for a quick iPhone fix.

As to why I'm so well taken with them, the main reason is their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are more than reasonable. They also have multiple locations as well, which makes it convenient to get to depending on where one is when. I've taken 2 MacBook Airs, 1 MacBook Pro (Schaumburg), and an iPhone (Des Plaines)... and a partridge in a pear tree! Just kidding, about the partridge, the pear tree however, facts! Just kidding on the pear tree as well. Long story short, the techs knew enough about what is worthwhile for me to repair, let me know the problems, and the cost to repair. They obviously also repaired everything I agreed to have them take on. So far so good, no problems whatsoever. Their setup seems to be simple, come in, explain what's going on, drop it off, wait for them to take care of it, then pick it up. For me, as I work on these items here and there, the price was very reasonable and I was honestly surprised at which point now I don't have to do the one-off repairs for when a family member spills a beverage, cracks a screen, or wants a new battery, I tell them to go to ZombieTechs or I go to ZombieTechs for them.
