They were really good but now they are really gone... and they have my phone. Feel bd they couldn't stay in business but they could have let me pick up my phone. Police Report? I guess that's an option read more

This is my go-to place for whenever I need any device fixed up. Chris always provides fast service. I've gotten my screen fixed here twice now (because I am very clumsy lol). My Phone recently fell out of my pocket and my top screen was not working. I wasn't sure if it would be able to be repaired but Chris made it happen !!!! I needed my screen and battery fixed for an iPhone 8 Plus and it took less than an hour. My phone came out of there basically brand new again. The prices and quality of service are better than any other repair shop I've been to. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any electronic repairs you may need. two thumbs up read more

Called 4 local places before deciding on Cellfone MD. Amazing service, very quick and competitive prices!

An unassuming location in an older strip mall that at the time of this visit, was completely blown up with construction, so between the construction and the usual rush hour traffic on Milwaukee, access was a little tricky. My suggestion is to approach from the rear (Not Milwaukee) and park behind the strip of stores. When you enter the establishment, you are in a simple lobby, with a reception desk, and a secure work area behind it. My repair exchange was quick, professional, and competitively priced. I did use Yelp for customer reviews and bids beforehand to make a vendor selection. Phone was good as new. The only aspect I did not care for honestly, was the fact that they disappear into the back room with your device to fix it, seems a little shady, but that could just me being suspect. In a perfect world, watching them fix it right in front of you would be ideal, but maybe they have their reasons for doing so. read more

I'm so happy to found this repair shop. The owner fix it really fast, good work and great price.

Chris was very honest. Had an iPad that I thought needed a new battery. After he looked at it, he determined it really needed a new chip instead. Still testing it, but I think he's correct. Anyway if I do end up needing a battery I will go back to him. The repair he did cost less than a battery replacement. His prices are the best I've seen anywhere. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a while to get the battery that I thought I needed, and his communication to me that there was a delay was not the best. But his honesty made up for it. I would definitely recommend for cell phone and iPad repair. read more

Very quick service at a very reasonable price! He was able to bring an iPhone back to life! Demolished screen, missing home button, and inoperable side mute button. All fixed for half the price of the nearest competitor! read more

Chris was super nice & helpful with my shattered screen. I dropped my phone off on a Saturday at 11am and it was done by noon. The whole process was quick and I was so happy with the result. Would definitely recommend! read more

The phone was answered quickly by their staff and I ask if they can fix and IPhone XS cracked screen and the gentleman said yes. He then intuitively began to answer all my following questions (i.e. how long it would take, cost, when they closed). I tell him I'm on the way and arrive shortly after. I go into the store and he tells me it's going to take about an hour, I say, "You said it would take less than an hour on the phone." He then says I just say that just in case, and since I'm going to be in the store, mentions he's bump an IPad repair and be done in about 20 minutes. I am greatly appreciative as I'm on lunch at work. What felt like 20 minutes or less later he comes out and says, "You're not going to believe it, but I'm done already." I said I definitely can't believe it. I get up from the couch and meet him at the counter to pay. Overall, excellent service was provided. Would definitely recommend. read more

Very pleased with the service at Cellphone MD! We came into the shop while on vacation in the area with an Amazon Fire tablet that had a broken headphone audiojack. He took a quick look and said it would be no problem to fix it within a few hours. Sure enough, we get a call 2 hours later - it was repaired and ready for pickup! Price was reasonable and I was impressed with the professional customer service. I'll recommend this shop to my local family and friends!!! read more

My daughter's iPad screen was cracked so we called around to get pricing. We were given pricey quotes from a couple places and found Cellfone MD on Yelp. Pricing and timing was just as quoted (quick turnaround). Our home button didn't work when we first got it back so we called and the owner quickly fixed the issue. Very courteous and good quality work. Highly recommend! read more

Really great service! High quality, very timely and friendly! Support your local business and someone you can trust! I always come here first with any device issues. I've had my phone screen fixed here multiple times, my dad had his phone fixed here multiple times, I recommended my close friend to come here with a broken screen and he was also very satisfied. I highly recommend Cellfone MD for cellphone or tablet repairs. read more

Great service, fair prices and very honest! I've been here a couple of times and will be back if/when I drop my phone again!

I can't speak to the quality or cost of repair service, as I didn't get that far. I asked whether they could fix the volume and power buttons on my Moto Z, and they said yes, but they'd have to get the parts from their supplier. They told me they'd have them by a certain day, and would call me, but the day kept changing and I never heard from them unless I called them. Finally I said that I'm tired of calling to confirm that they've gotten the parts on whatever day they expected, that they should just call me when they have them, and they said they would. I haven't heard anything, and it's been weeks. I don't know why they kept telling me they'd have the parts (and very soon), but they either knew they wouldn't, expected to get them but never did, or I don't know what, but they should have communicated better or been more upfront with me. read more

I brought an iPhone in because my screen was black and unresponsive. Chris diagnosed the problem, and determined it was not a malfunctioning screen, but a problem with the motherboard. He did it very quickly, and did not charge me anything. Highly recommend! read more

I had an issues with my older iPhone 6 in which I was getting a bulging battery that was separating my screen from the rest of the phone. I stopped in on a Thursday morning and asked if it could be repaired and how much. The gentlemen said yes it can and quoted me a price far far lower than I was expecting. Told me 10 minutes and came from the back in about 5 with my fixed and flat iPhone. I would have bought a new case and screen protector from him but the shop seemed to be lacking in the Apple accessories options. If I do need any future repairs Cellfone MD will be my first stop. read more

I Wouldn't recommend anywhere else. My mom's brand new iPhone's had cracked and I was recommended to here by a friend. Not only do they have friendly customer service, they don't charge an arm and a leg to fix it like the cell phone carrier. I decided to wait for the phone while they were replacing the screen and they even set me up on a little couch with some tv to keep me busy! During the time it took to fix, I even got updates on how the phones progress was doing { I'm making this sound like an er setting ;) }. My mom is one of THE pickiest people I know and when I returned my phone to her she couldn't be happier! Hands down a genuine business that cares about their customers. read more

Amazing place! Took my son's phone in because of a broken screen. They had the screen for his iPhone model in stock. We were told it would take about an hour. 35 minutes later we received a call that the phone was ready. Price was super reasonable, and the employee threw in a free screen protector. Definitely recommend this place! read more

A friend recommended this spot for my broken iPhone 6 screen. Awesome service and reasonable price. Was promised to be done in 20 min and it must've been finished in 10 to 15. Chris was awesome, will definitely recommend to friends! read more

I had filled out the form for a estimate. Several replied back . Cellfone md had Saturday hours . I went in and he pulled my estimate off Yelp . It took him 10 minutes to replace the screen . They have a big screen tv to watch while wait. Had some recent issues with my iPhone battery just draining. Even when I left it in my purse at work . I would check on it and it would be done to 29 percent . Went back to cellphone md . A new battery was just 40 dollars , 15 minutes to install . It's like a brand new phone . Thank ou again! read more

I had a great experience with Cellfone MD! Super quick repairs and wonderful customer service. I started off my day yesterday by dropping my phone and cracking my screen so I requested a quote through yelp to compare prices around the area. I decided on this place due to the good reviews, and I was not disappointed. I brought my phone in and walked out with a brand new screen in less than 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend read more

When I first called this store to ask for a quote on a front to back repair for an iPhone 4S, they quoted $80; $40 for the front and $40 for the back. This was a "special price" only if I did both; if not, they would charge $70 for the front and $20 for the back. They told me that they did not have the part for an Apple back, so that they would call me if shipments arrived. I went to get my front repaired, and was about to pay $40, when he stated that I must pay $70. I told them this was not what they stated over the phone, and he said, "I never said that." It was interesting to see how he said this only AFTER he fixed my phone, and it was in his hands. After paying, I asked if they would call me when their new shipment came in. They never called, so I called to check in a few days later. They said they had it, only when I went in, they told me they didn't have the Apple one, only a blank white one. Supposedly, U.S. Customs didn't clear them for their packages. After arguing why they failed to let me know this over the phone, he decided to not charge me the remaining $10. I left each time disappointed with their service and how they say one thing over the phone, and another in person. Only after 20 days, my phone cracked when I did not even drop it, and the back began to fall apart. Because this is not covered under their 90 day warranty, I was told, "There's nothing we can do. It's physical damage." **MAKE SURE TO CALL AHEAD TO SEE IF THEY KEEP THEIR WORD! read more

Cellfone MD is responsive and quick two important aspects in having an emergency. Chris was willing to troubleshoot my phone to let me know if my device would work with a screen replacement since the touch screen stopped responding. I step outside, get a haircut and as I step into my car to wait, he calls and it is done. The process was no more than 20-25 minute. I give it to the doc for reviving my phone. read more
