This is my go-to place for whenever I need any device fixed up. Chris always provides fast service. I've gotten my screen fixed here twice now (because I am very clumsy lol). My Phone recently fell out of my pocket and my top screen was not working. I wasn't sure if it would be able to be repaired but Chris made it happen !!!! An unassuming location in an older strip mall that at the time of this visit, was completely blown up with construction, so between the construction and the usual rush hour traffic on Milwaukee, access was a little tricky. My suggestion is to approach from the rear (Not Milwaukee) and park behind the strip of stores. When you enter the establishment, you are in a simple lobby, with a reception desk, and a secure work area behind it. My repair exchange was quick, professional, and competitively priced. I did use Yelp for customer reviews and bids beforehand to make a vendor selection. Phone was good as new. The only aspect I did not care for honestly, was the fact that they disappear into the back room with your device to fix it, seems a little shady, but that could just me being suspect. In a perfect world, watching them fix it right in front of you would be ideal, but maybe they have their reasons for doing so. read more

Chris was very honest. Had an iPad that I thought needed a new battery. After he looked at it, he determined it really needed a new chip instead. Still testing it, but I think he's correct. Anyway if I do end up needing a battery I will go back to him. The repair he did cost less than a battery replacement. His prices are the best I've seen anywhere. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a while to get the battery that I thought I needed, and his communication to me that there was a delay was not the best. But his honesty made up for it. I would definitely recommend for cell phone and iPad repair. read more

The phone was answered quickly by their staff and I ask if they can fix and IPhone XS cracked screen and the gentleman said yes. He then intuitively began to answer all my following questions (i.e. how long it would take, cost, when they closed). I tell him I'm on the way and arrive shortly after. I go into the store and he tells me it's going to take about an hour, I say, "You said it would take less than an hour on the phone." He then says I just say that just in case, and since I'm going to be in the store, mentions he's bump an IPad repair and be done in about 20 minutes. I am greatly appreciative as I'm on lunch at work. What felt like 20 minutes or less later he comes out and says, "You're not going to believe it, but I'm done already." I can't speak to the quality or cost of repair service, as I didn't get that far. I asked whether they could fix the volume and power buttons on my Moto Z, and they said yes, but they'd have to get the parts from their supplier. They told me they'd have them by a certain day, and would call me, but the day kept changing and I never heard from them unless I called them. Finally I said that I'm tired of calling to confirm that they've gotten the parts on whatever day they expected, that they should just call me when they have them, and they said they would. I haven't heard anything, and it's been weeks. I don't know why they kept telling me they'd have the parts (and very soon), but they either knew they wouldn't, expected to get them but never did, or I don't know what, but they should have communicated better or been more upfront with me. read more

I had an issues with my older iPhone 6 in which I was getting a bulging battery that was separating my screen from the rest of the phone. I stopped in on a Thursday morning and asked if it could be repaired and how much. The gentlemen said yes it can and quoted me a price far far lower than I was expecting. Told me 10 minutes and came from the back in about 5 with my fixed and flat iPhone. I would have bought a new case and screen protector from him but the shop seemed to be lacking in the Apple accessories options. I had filled out the form for a estimate. Several replied back . Cellfone md had Saturday hours . I went in and he pulled my estimate off Yelp . It took him 10 minutes to replace the screen . They have a big screen tv to watch while wait. Had some recent issues with my iPhone battery just draining. Even when I left it in my purse at work .
