He instructed me to try out my phone before leaving the store. The cracked screen was fixed, and my speaker was fixed. I purchased a screen protector, and I was out the door to enjoy my newly refurbished iPhone XR. It was a gift from a friend, but it came with a cracked screen. Different techs called at different times, but none seemed aware of previous conversations, and I had to keep repeating the situation. At one point, I was told they didn't realize I needed it back quickly -- even though I explicitly stated that when I dropped it off. The delay and lack of coordination made an already stressful situation worse. I was expecting professional, timely service, especially after clearly communicating the urgency, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience.
