Although I paid for a 1yr warranty the store refused to replace or even help fix their wrongdoing, and insisted that I pay full price again for a replacement because the screen has a hairline scratch which voids their warranty. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales.
