There were only 2 girls working and this was August 31 2022, at 5:40pm. I was testing my new phone with one SIM card, calling and texting my second phone. A little problem occurred where my phone number wasn't matching. I kindly asked one of the girls if she could take a look. She walked over to help out and I handed her my phone. She started walking away with my phone when I asked, "could you please be careful while handling my phone, it is brand new and doesn't have a case." Keep in mind the phone is a $1,200 Samsung Ultra 22. She replied extremely rude and with a major attitude, "we handle phones all day..." as she handed the phone to her co-worker. The co-worker who was sitting down the whole time, quickly walked over to the table I was at. It seemed she didn't appreciate me asking them to handle my phone with kindness and care. She then shockingly threw my phone down at the table on purpose. This employee was frustrated, lost her control and wanted to cause damage to my phone purposely. They then directed many different insults our way. They verbally attacked us as customers for no reason. Saying to "call corporate because we don't deserve help." "It's a corporate problem, it's not our problem." They kept yelling and verbally attacking us as customers. We had to wrap up our personal belongings, because we felt extremely uncomfortable and couldn't take their actions and threats anymore. This all came out of no where, and was extremely shocking. As we were wrapping up our personal belongings and leaving the store, these two girls continued to threaten us, saying they were going to call the police. I personally come from a family of law, and this was extremely shocking. It's usually those who feel guilty that threaten. These two should not be working with such a wonderful company that offers such great service! It's a true shame and embarrassment for AT&T and the professional world. I not only felt the need to leave a review with this location. If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. This will also be reported to AT&T corporate and a complaint will be filed with the store number and employees as well. I would love for AT&T corporate to take a look at the security cameras to see these girls action. No one should ever be treated like this ever. Not in any setting. Especially in a professional setting. How could someone act so unprofessional and threaten others on the job. I got the computer back, it worked great until Microsoft updated my Windows 11 and broke my computer!! I got the blue screen of death! I called them panicking, thinking I would owe more money! But they were great! They took my computer and reinstalled the system software, which fixed everything, free of charge, because they stood behind their original work! I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived.
