When I tried asking a staff member for help she was very rude and not willing to help me. She also said the only staff that could help were two gentleman already helping guests. He was able to reboot the locker system and when we could finally open it my product was not in the locker. He then informed me that it was in the safe and he would get it. That was another 10+ minutes. He was very helpful but the entire process was a train wreck and should have never happened. After a horrific experience with a manager at the Vernon Hills store, I contacted this AT&T store…read morebecause of its reviews on my maps app. When I called I was still a little gunshy from my conversation with the other store, but the manager Anthony was extremely friendly and helped answer my questions-exactly what I was looking for in my return as an AT&T customer-thank goodness! I went into the store and he was able to not only provide me with a 5 star experience just with his customer service, but helped me figure out the issue I was experiencing with a new phone I had purchased and wasn't activating correctly, and was also able to offer me the screen protectors I needed for 20% off-yes please! What I liked even more was that even at close to 7p when they were closing, he had a few questions and was able to reach out and get answers from those in his network (owners of the store, or district managers, but they were all very helpful and made sure he helped me to the point of satisfaction). Now that's what I call teamwork! Thanks again Anthony, you've reinforced that I made a good decision returning to AT&T, and I know I'll always have a store to go to when I need help, accessories, or new phones!!

However, Brooke would not even give us the opportunity to explain the situation. Instead, she repeatedly insisted that cancellations had to be handled through Customer Service or over the phone. I have been coming to this branch for the past five years because I have always received good service. Unfortunately, after the way I was treated during this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable returning. This experience was extremely disappointing and has changed my perception of this location.

I began to wonder when I watched others walk in and immediately get help. -But, lo and behold, about 30 seconds before my appointment was scheduled to begin, an associate came over to help me. -She was energetic, friendly, well prepared, and knowledgeable! Jazmyne knew my name and the problem with my phone. -She took one look at it and said, "Your camera might not be broken!" She came back 10 minutes later with the broken lens cover and told me where I could get a replacement. -As I was waiting for my appointment to begin another associate was teaching a class on Apple Intelligence--very helpful! Highly recommended!!
