Workers and customers were inside. When I tugged the door an employee came and said they were closed, I said what? We're here to open two new phone lines and buy two iPhone 13s, that is when he decided to "be open" and let us in. WTF? At the moment I didn't care, because I just wanted to get our errand done. We activated two new phone lines after switching from another provider. Fast forward two weeks later: I find out that the iPad we bought since they had a promotion for $300 off, THEY opened a 3rd phone line WITHOUT OUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We found out the hard way when we saw our first bill. On top of adding the line, they decided we wanted equipment protection plan on it?!!. Outrageous. Next, they forgot to give us trade in credit for my iPhone. I had to call Verizon corporate customer service to get this corrected. I called the store to let them know I was good to return the iPad because we were not told the correct info, and the employee said we could not because it was past the 14 days. I called Verizon corporate, they indicated they was not correct, it's 30 days. I called the store back, told them the right info, didn't even apologize. Again really?! I had to write this review because there has been no accountability. I get it their employees get commission for all their sales, up-sells, and accessories, BUT DO NOT sign people up without disclosing costs and purposely not giving out the proper information. Since then, I have been on the phone with Verizon Corporate Customer service fixing the last 3 statement bills for over 5 hours total on 3 separate calls- all been soooo off by $350. They even advised me to never go to this store! Biggest mistake, next time going to their actual corporate store.

When I tried asking a staff member for help she was very rude and not willing to help me. She also said the only staff that could help were two gentleman already helping guests. After a 10 minute wait 2 more staff members came out from the back room. One came over to help. He was able to reboot the locker system and when we could finally open it my product was not in the locker. He then informed me that it was in the safe and he would get it. That was another 10+ minutes. He was very helpful but the entire process was a train wreck and should have never happened. If you are going to offer lockers for convenience they should be convenient!

Keep in mind that even with appointment, still need to wait until they finish with current customers - just moves you to the top of the wait list.

I was surprised at how cheap it was, and honestly, I had a feeling this place wouldn't be great. After the fix, I picked it up, went home, and my camera was blurry with weird dots on it. I rushed back to get it sorted out. Plus, when he fixed the lens, he didn't even clean it--there was broken glass and dust everywhere! I brought in a perfectly fine phone, and now it's damaged. He wouldn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes and didn't even apologize. Then he told me to "get the fuck out of here," which was super disrespectful. As a woman, it made me feel bad for the girls working there because he gives off such a creepy vibe. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, and he clearly thought I wouldn't stand up for myself, but he messed with the wrong person. Not off to a great start…read more Lisa was really helpful in getting internet with AT&T added to my account during my recent move. But I was told that the equipment would arrive by 2 pm so I could establish my internet (self-install, since I was "eligible" for self-install--lucky me) but when 3:30 came and went and nothing had arrived I called the store only to find out that it would be delivered by 5. I confirmed that using the tracking number I was given; 5 pm, then. They tried to pass that off as the fault of the courier, and I get that it is FedEx delivering it and not AT&T, but why give a precise time estimate like that around which people might plan their day when you have zero control over it? Because either AT&T does have some measure of control, in which case some of the blame for this lies on them, or they have zero control and they amount be telling people anything more exact than "we expect it to arrive by the end of day on X day". We'll see how this pans out but I'm starting off pretty unhappy. Editing to add: Since it's 5:02 and there's no sign of the internet device arriving, I checked with the tracking number Lisa provided me. It now says it will arrive by the end of the day. Great.

Today I had to go in to officially cancel my phones after a few months of thinking I had cancelled their service. I had Denise helping me which has been the only positive of my experience with T-Mobile and I might have stayed on with them (used them for 22 years) if everyone was as helpful as Denise.
