Paris was the only one working all day on Independence Day and after assisting 2 other guests before us, he spend 2 hours with us to help port a number, find us the right phones, and set up our plans for us. Just fantastic service, and incredible professionalism and expertise. I never thought I would be smiling and happy leaving a mobile phone store but the great interaction and service from Paris really did that for me and my family.

They didn't have the new phone in stock so they shipped it to us and told us that we had to bring old phone back when new phone is operational. We brought phone back and they changed their tune and told me the the phone was only worth $20.00. If I wanted to walk away from the deal I had to bring new phone back and pay a $55.00 restocking fee. It was a true bait and switch scenario which I have contactied the BBB to report as I am sure they have done this to more than one customer. My concern is that I have been an AT&T loyal customer for over 25 years and currently pay them around $450.00 a month for 5 phones, internet and U-Verse TV. The store Ass't Mgr said that her system wouldn't allow them to do anything else and that the system overrides and customer relationship. I was supposed to hear from the store Mgr. yesterday but didn't get a call. I now have to go to corporate and spend a lot of my time to rectify this bad service. Oh, they admitted that the salesperson who orignially inspected the phone made a mistake but the customer has to pay for his mistake. Public be aware of this store and the employees working there. They don't know what they are doing and don't understand customer relationships and the importance they bring to the organization.

Witnessed a horrible situation. We watched an employee who made an error with a device.They…read moreactually disconnected the ladies phone service and set to new iPhone 18 but had issues releasing for payment as the account got flagged from him putting multiple devices on the acct. The customer had Att on the line and they were on speaker explaining Apple employee made an error. The manager came and he was just as bad. He uses very poor language for a manager to a customer who was simply expressing frustration of why phone service was moved to new divide if sale wasn't complete. Explained the error in phone he first set and the second phone created a hold for 24-48 hours as protocol. They then told the man with her he had to leave because he was asking how it was right they were not in charge of her service they are only for phone. The other manager came and showed that they just all act this way. We ended up leaving but as we were leaving we witnessed the manager in overalls and braids cursing the man and woman because they wanted his manager. They forced this couple out of the store and they were at fault. We saw them at Att and they got their phone there. Apple woodfield is horrible and the management is ridiculous. If a big shot sees this pull your camera and data from that day opening day Friday. Diego was the first rep. The others refused to give names but had overalls and said they were managers. Security was wild too it seems everyone is controlling and demanding when they are wrong. I'm sure they will blame the customers but when they see that they removed service from a phone, and added wrong phone first time, created ticket for hold and Att refused to let Apple do the connection. Forced to go to Att store and was no problem. They made the crowd feel the customer was poor and credit not good. The reality and fact was they ruined the day by adding a phone to someone apple iCloud and they shouldn't have even opened the phone as the rep opened it the woman did not. They wanted to save face for opening day as if they didn't cause it. I bet the bosses are just as bad. Next week the whole body cam is released and that man will be a billboard in his overalls being exposed. Any high up manager feel free pull that camera and data and tell me I'm lying. You'll see the body language the side conversations the pumping chest the touching customers and customer go upset. You'll will see the data they added a phone to a customer account and wasn't even paid yet causing the issue at the end. Made a hold on acct Att due to their lack of knowledge. Don't watery your time at woodfield they all don't know what they are doing. They tried to take her data and take the phone back and her husband stood up for her and made sure that didn't happen. They all should be fired because why change your business for poorly educated employees on your process. Stay tuned ! The whole body cam is coming soon. To expose all! Even the big shot woodfield security director was yelling at his own employee. They must all eat the same breakfast....hate. That woodfield guy was cool he told his boss to chill they are leaving and director jenkins got mad and yelled at him it's actually funny when you watch it. She called in quickly and after a few exchanges with reps, she was able to get the issue resolved. I'm sure all the store reps are good but Mina is an expert if you have a complex issue that needs to be addressed.
