    My Experience of buying Air Tags I recently visited the Apple Store to purchase an AirTag, and my experience turned out to be more enriching than expected. While I was there, a workshop was going on "How to Take Better Photos on iPhone." The session was scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, and I decided to stay and attend that was already started The workshop was very well organized . The Apple team created a comfortable and welcoming environment .The instructor explained photography tips and features of the iPhone camera in very simple, easy-to-understand language. Even those who weren't very tech-savvy like me could follow along without difficulty. I especially appreciated how they broke down advanced features like portrait mode, spatial,pano and editing tools into practical steps that anyone could try right, the pace was steady . Seating arrangement was ok. But one thing was missing like no exchange of questions and answers. Aside from the workshop, the store itself was clean, bright, and organized, which added to the positive experience. Staff members were approachable, friendly, and professional, making both my purchase of the AirTag and the workshop enjoyable.I was not at all aware about these sessions. I came to know many things. Overall, I left feeling not only happy with my purchase but also more confident in using my iPhone camera. I would definitely recommend these sessions to anyone interested in learning practical Apple tips.

    Sam gave us a wonderful class for I phone camera. The service is great. I struggle with my pretty devices. They always come thru in store and Apple support ! Dan has a big attitude in Apple class very rude and condescending . Really surprised at his attitude . I'll remember not to book with him. Sam was wonderful very helpful went above and beyond .

    The homemade food was fantastic! Service was polite and prompt, and the there was plenty of it. Well done!

    Is there anything more inefficient than an Apple Store's online pickup? Show up during check in time doesn't make a difference. Easily a 25-minute wait to wait for an item I've already purchased. Not a great customer experience.

He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. He came over the next day, trouble checked everything and was able to retrieve all of my files and programs. He then came back and installed them on a new laptop my employer sent. These files are my bread and butter and I would have been screwed without them. He was a total lifesaver! Not to mention a really great guy with reasonable prices. I hopped…read moreon my boyfriend's 11 year-old uber-slow piece of junk with the goal of finding a local company to help me out, and fast. I got exactly that with Dave's Computer Services. Dave answered my emails and calls in a timely fashion, and worked with me to make an appointment to save my sanity. The whole job took a few hours, and in that time he restored everything back to its original settings, reloaded software I had purchased, and he actually got rid of junky programs I didn't need that were taking up extra hard drive space. He even reloaded a new virus scan program, brought back my preferred web browser, and configured my wireless so I no longer have to plug my laptop into an Ethernet cable. Dave was a very down-to-earth regular guy and was very easy to talk to. I would continue to call him instead of the hyped up franchise company I will not name. :) In fact, he told me he sells used computers as well, and I WILL be calling him to replace that 11 year-old POS inhabiting our home office. Dave quoted me a very reasonable price, so I am very pleased that I can get a deal through him versus spending 4x more elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend Dave's Computer Services!
