This is a small crack just along the bottom edge and not in the actual screen area, would do NOTHING ABOUT IT, not fix it, refund $$ or anything, guy was a total loser and just kept pointing to his sign, LISTEN TO YELP DO NOT GO HERE

I stoped by again today and he mentioned to me that he recently switched companies so I wanted to leave a review for his new company. (His old company had all five star reviews...this guy knows what he's doing!). He is still located inside the Macnician office in Highland Park behind the Dunkin' Donuts. I didn't know that there was a difference in screen repairs until I broke my phone when I was in downtown Chicago and I went to a different place that put in a cheap screen that failed and then a second cheap screen that had a big white mark on it. I've never had these issues with Craig and I would recommend him 100%. His screen replacement cost is very inexpensive and again, it's always perfect. Thanks Craig!

Although I paid for a 1yr warranty the store refused to replace or even help fix their wrongdoing, and insisted that I pay full price again for a replacement because the screen has a hairline scratch which voids their warranty. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales. I wouldn't wish this treatment upon anyone.

However, Brooke would not even give us the opportunity to explain the situation. Instead, she repeatedly insisted that cancellations had to be handled through Customer Service or over the phone. I have been coming to this branch for the past five years because I have always received good service. I went into the store and he was able to not only provide me with a 5 star experience just with his customer service, but helped me figure out the issue I was experiencing with a new phone I had purchased and wasn't activating correctly, and was also able to offer me the screen protectors I needed for 20% off-yes please! What I liked even more was that even at close to 7p when they were closing, he had a few questions and was able to reach out and get answers from those in his network (owners of the store, or district managers, but they were all very helpful and made sure he helped me to the point of satisfaction). Now that's what I call teamwork! Thanks again Anthony, you've reinforced that I made a good decision returning to AT&T, and I know I'll always have a store to go to when I need help, accessories, or new phones!!
