Finally an alternative to schlepping out to Lincolnshire for iphone repairs. Open on Sunday, amazingly friendly, and...best of all... the battery that had failed 118 days after ubreakifix replaced it for $75, was replaced for just $40 bucks!...and with a "normal" warranty of six months ;-) Somehow ubreakifix has a mere 90 day warranty on their batteries (what the...!?...) With three kids in the house, this will be my "go to" place for all things mobile repair! read more

This place is great. I was in town with my husband.. We have both broken our screens a million times. This is by far the best that we have dealt with. My husband has a Samsung s7 edge that he had dropped while we were out on vacation. I was able to do some calling around and these guys were definatly the cheapest that we were able to find. We went over and gave them the phone and they told us it would only be about and hour. I do have to say that they are very professional and reliable. I reached out to Apple and found the cost of repair to be exorbitant -- better to buy a new phone or iPad -- and then turned to Yelp. Tech Care had great reviews, so I called. Alberto was very responsive and direct in communicating my options and the costs. I called a competitor and didn't get as good of a vibe, and their prices were slightly higher. A pandemic is not the time I wanted my iPad to conk out, but it did. Apple stores and repair was closed and I looked for someone to diagnose and fix my machine. Alas, I brought it in to Tech Care and Alberto worked on diagnosing the problem for 3 hours. He determined that for him (or anyone else) to fix the motherboard would cost about the same as a new machine. I thanked him and asked him what I owed him. He said that the diagnosis was gratis.
