Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. The warranty they offer is obviously subject to their discretion at which they will use any excuse to not to fix. This issue seemed second nature to them which made me realize this is a scam they frequently use, and more importantly us to pressure women into further sales.
