I was having trouble with the charging port on my iPhone so I scheduled an appointment for 9 am. I arrived at 9 and there was another customer ahead of me that was taking some time to get set up for his repairs. Mark, at the register let me know it would be a few minutes before he could help me. When it was my turn, Mark took a few minutes to clean out the charging port on my phone, effectively fixing it and saving me the cost of the repair. Plus he gave me tips on how to keep it clean. I made an appointment to have a new Samsung battery installed in my S8+ phone. As I dropped off my phone I actually asked if they were going to install a Samsung brand battery. The clerk said yes. After I picked up my phone & paid, he told me they installed a piece of garbage Rayovac. They clearly lied to me & cheated me. If I wanted a piece of garbage Rayovac, I would have ordered that. I got there and waited at the counter for a while. Finally a guy came out of the back and I asked him about a battery for my watch. He asked me if my watch is worth more than $200. I can't even be mad because I didn't listen to my other family members that had issues in the past. I have one of the latest iPhones so I understand parts are going to be more expensive. I needed a long overdue screen replacement after I let my cracked screen go on unfixed for to long and I didn't want to go to Best Buy because they always try to sell you something and I didn't want to go to the nearest Apple store that's an hour to 45 minutes away. The usual phone repair place I used to go to shut down so this was the closest place and everything was normal, customer service was good. I get my phone back in a few hours, then the next couple days/ mouths got weird. The phone kept alerting in the settings that the screen replacement was not a pure Apple product and was rejecting the screen and was being oversensitive to where it would lock me out of my phone and I couldn't get in, go into things and touch things that weren't even touched, and when I have a call and I needed to move over to FaceTime my screen wouldn't turn back on (still have that problem to this day). I take it back in because I don't know what's going on and I take it up to the man that took in my phone originally and he's never seen anything like this before and then tells me it's not real glass from Apple. If it's not real glass from Apple why did it cost $250? for cheap aftermarket who knows what it is if anything I'm paying more for the labor but it only took an hour to "fix" but here's the kicker not just my screen is oversensitive but the screen itself POPS OUT!!!!! For me to pay that much in the first place just so I can have my screen pop out that's not ok!!!!! To my surprise when the screen pops out the screen itself still works so I don't know if by chance they never screwed everything back together, didn't glue it properly, or or even put on the right screen because the screen protector I got at the very end of the service doesn't fit. To be honest I should've just demanded my old screen back or just have them take this one off and just went off without a phone for few days but I know if this happens again I'm just gonna go straight to Apple because the quality of service does not match the price of what I paid for my iPhone to be turned into an I Lego. Came in to get a new battery for my watch, had to options pay to have it replaced for about ten dollars or buy two batteries and do it myself for about the same price. I chose to get it replaced in store. First of all the man was nice but he didn't know what he was doing, I could've done a better job myself. I have a Casio g shock that has wrist flaps made of rubber on the inside that cover the screws for the back plate. I told him to take them off, but he shrugged it off and proceeded to bend them to get the screws. He had to do open it 3 times and bend them so many times. The first time he forgot to but back in a plastic piece, the second the buttons weren't working and the final third time resulting in a squeaky adjust button and the back plastic or rubber wasn't flush to metal, it was open or cracked due to being loosened. Overall it got done but wasn't completely satisfied read more

Batteries Plus Bulbs closes on Sunday at 6pm. My daughter found this place online and we arrived at 5:15pm. Will told us that the phone issue is most likely because of the cracked screen. Will also told us that it may take 45 minutes so to be prepared to gave to pick it up the following day. We got a call from Will at 5:50 pm letting us know he was able to replace the screen in record time! We went to pick it up before they closed and the phone worked like a charm! I have gone to this establishment three times in the last two months to have my iPhone screen replaced. Each time my screen either cracked within the first day of having it replaced (and no I did not drop it). The third time my touch screen did not work properly. When I returned to the store and ask what the problem could be, the employee laughed in my face, said it was my fault, and was incredibly rude. Thank God this place exists! My iPhone battery died on a Sunday morning and all the places I googled said they wouldn't be open until Monday. I went to the AT&T store to see if they had any way to repair the batteries and they recommended this store and said they were open. Drove there to find them open and the associate was able to find the battery and get me all replaced in about 10 minutes for approx. $50. I was very happy with the experience. Seems like you could find any type of battery here. They also had different light bulb options. Interesting selection I would never think to stop in a place like this, but I'm glad they are here!! read more

Came in with a iphone 7 to get my screen replaced. They ended up breaking my home button while trying the fix the screen. They never called to tell me they broke it I had to call and go in to find out. Then they gave me my broken phone back and said they would order a new one for me. Took them 3 days to order a new one and they said they would call me when it came in. The never called again! I went in and found out it had just been sitting there. Everyone I felt with was very unprofessional and rude. The younger guys working had no idea how to do anything, I blame the manager who trained them. I made an appt for them to replace my lightening port on my iPhone after it just stopped charging. I was fully prepared to just drop it off and come back later to pick it up and pay my $69.99. But before I could leave they told me to wait a minute while they looked at it. They took it in back and 5 minutes later came back with my working phone. The guy then handed me a small ball of lint and said "there's your issue, all fixed!" Well I felt like an idiot but they were so cool and told me this happens all the time. I wanted to pay them something but they said it was no charge. Wow! They could have taken me for a full price repair, but instead they analyzed and fixed the issue...and were great guys about it!
