Shut off the truck, bought the battery and the guy rolled it out to the parking lot to change. They don't have a garage. Seemed like a bad idea to change in a busy parking lot. He couldn't figure out how to remove the old battery. Now I'm stuck and had to return the battery and jump start only it and go to Firestone. Avoid this place. They have no idea what they are doing. Waste of time and money.

I dropped my iPhone in water, and it was shutting on and off and the LCD was damaged. Frank gave me a good expectation of what he'd find and what it would cost, as well as chances for success. Two days later and for much less money than I expected, my phone is in great shape! He pulled a considerable amount of water out, removed corrosion, replaced the LCD and battery.
