That's stalling until I get tired. Google handed their warranty to a chain that can't follow a simple ticket and then acted like the customer is the problem. Tagging you both until somebody with a brain actually reads the file. Edit 2: day 39 of this store and its owner trying to steal from me. Do not allow this place to fix your phone. Send it to the company. DO NOT WALK OR CALL THSSE PEOPLE. TLDR: Run Long version: My pixel 10 fold wouldn't charge. They had to completely replace the motherboard to fix it. New phone basically. I find out they don't have a part so I drove over for them to waste 20 minutes testing it. Now I call them the day the part gets there and graciously tell them I will come Friday to help them instead of Tuesday. My phone broke on the weekend mind you and it's supposed to be same day turn around. It's broken again now. Everything is bugging out including putting itself into airplane mode. Then while driving to get it fixed. My screen went out. They took up another 20 minutes of my time and said oh look it charges we will replace the screen.. hey manager stupid, the screen isn't broken!! Google didn't send me here for a new screen! When corporate calls I'm going to tell them to remove the owner of this franchise or force him to fire the manager. Edit1: the screen is fine again. The manager would have cost Google money replacing a working screen. This is what happens when stupid people think they are smarter than their customers.

He told me he had the parts in stock and that I can swing by. I arrive at 9:15 am and I told him I would wait for the repair and the gentlemen who I assumed is the owner told me it should be done by 11:00 - 11:30 am. So I hung out and waited. Taking in the aesthetic of business you can tell it's been here for a while with their out dated tech being displayed and old posters with phones of yesteryear. They even had a poster of a HTC phone which isn't even around anymore. I didn't care, all I wanted was my phone to be fixed. He took my phone and told me the cost to repair the phone was $315. He said the display is very expensive but he didn't give me a break down of what the screen cost and the labor to repair it. I sat back and waited and just like that he was done with my phone at 11:00 am. Good as new. Yes they are expensive but he got my phone fixed and done same day and with the quickness. I appreciate the quality work that 911 Tech Repair did. No complaints except it's a bit pricy but what can I do?

He arrived at our house, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our Samsung TV.
