I told him I didn't have a glass protector on this iPhone because Verizon told me I didn't not need one and they did not even have one in the store to sell me. I realize how stupid this sounds, but Mike was friendly, helpful and so polite about the whole thing. I would definitely go back, though I hope I don't need to!

I dropped my iPhone in water, and it was shutting on and off and the LCD was damaged. Frank gave me a good expectation of what he'd find and what it would cost, as well as chances for success. Two days later and for much less money than I expected, my phone is in great shape! He pulled a considerable amount of water out, removed corrosion, replaced the LCD and battery. Good as new, and I'll keep this place in mind for any further trouble I have.

My experience with "the other" similar store was horrible, which led me to this one. I went in and dropped my PS3 off on a rainy day. Ran into the "store". It's very small, they have used odds and ends in the front for purchase. You can certainly smell that they still smoke in the back, but whatever. I just want my PS3 working. They seemed knowledgeable enough. The younger-guy said it would only be like 4 hours to get it fixed and that he'd call me. So sure enough, either same day or next day they called back to let me know it was ready and I went to get it. Super cheap for my "yellow light of death". Still is working. The only scary part is that they only guarantee their work for like 30 or 60 days - can't remember which. That made me a bit nervous, because it seems like maybe they have units come back a lot..?? Why wouldn't they guarantee it longer. Hmm. Regardless, mine is still working. And it's been like a 45-60 days. updated 11/24/12 - So.. I have to update my rating and review. Unfortunately my PS3 died again 2 weeks ago. So apparently this is the reason why they only have a "30-day guarantee". Right. Got it now. Will not be paying to service it again. Unfortunately will have to bite the bullet and buy a new one. :( So, I have to change my rating.

We had an issue with the charging port on an iPad, and they fixed it quickly, and the fee was appropriate for the time spent. I also asked a couple questions about my phone and battery life, and the woman sales associate was awesome. I had never had to file a claim so when I came in and was asked for the phone password and to disable the "find my" app it was weird to me. But i understood. They replaced my screen within an hour. Dude that helped me was very nice. After having the phone back, the next day I noticed the phone was just shutting off. Bluetooth and wifi kept disconnecting, and was getting an error on the apple pay. These were issues the phone was not having before. Even during the screen being broken. This started after the replacement. I called the store to explain what was happening. They told me to bring it in to replace the screen as it had warranty. I did. When i brought the phone back they told me i had to leave it overnight. This was not ideal as i had an urgent matter the next day (traveling to see a sick relative). A guy from the back I asked if it was a replacement he could get it done but the guy helping me said its not a screen replacement. I asked further questions as i am not an expert with electronics and had been told over the it would be a screen replacement. Apparently I was rude while I was asking questions like: why wouldn't these issues have come up when you guys tested the phone after the replacement? these issues were not happening prior to getting the screen fixed (while the screen was broken the phone was functioning), what could be causing it now? Why cant you swap the screen to a new one to test it? These questions led to the owner/manager of the store refusing me service. Because I was being rude. When I explained I was not trying to be rude and that I am very novice with all this he asked if I wanted him to call the cops to get me out. I asked if i could get the old broken screen back (I wanted to see if there was damage on the other side of the screen and maybe the broken screen maybe cause other things to break?) he laughed in my face and said no. I asked in his professional experience, if not the screen what could be causing these issues? He said the mother board. He did continue to refuse service even after I had paid and the screen has warranty.... Which idk how I can use it if hes refusing me service? Also, if there are other potential issues why not diagnose the phone prior to accepting service on the phone? It is very possible its the mother board but also possible that its a faulty screen...?
