Contacted Joe using the online web form - he responded immediately. We sat up a same day in-home appointment to look at my 65" Sony that had recently gone dark. He arrived on time and got to work. He immediately gave me the history of my particular model and performed a hard reset. The unit turned on and ta da - a picture. Unfortunately, the behavior the unit was showing before it initially went dark was still there. Joe was up front with me on my options and explained that even though he could order parts and perform the repair, the unit could still not perform because of changes in firmware and other technology changes. I would highly recommend ABC TV. Our 75" wall mounted tv went out. After calling, he came the next day, helped take the TV down from the wall and diagnosed the issue. Ordered the new mother board and came back the day after it was delivered. Thankfully it worked, he was honest in telling us it may not. Offered to return the board if it was not the issue. The owner met my me to pick up the tv. We'd been trying to get it working for a while, but with the Covid spread, it was nearly impossible. The owner, explained to me what he thought the problem was and called with an update. When I picked up the tv, he loaded it in the car and gave me a detailed paperwork for what he had done. Joe was great. He was able to get the Tv's the same day I called. He then gave me the feed back the next day. While he didn't recommend fixing the tv's, it would be cheaper to buy a new one, I really appreciate his honesty. Most others would have fixed it and charged more than the tv is worth.
