Also, the new fitting room is one of the fanciest fitting rooms I've seen in my whole life. AND IT HAS A NURSING ROOM & A FAMILY FITTING ROOM. If these things somehow weren't enough to solidify this place as a favorite of moms like me, DON'T FRET- they also have STARBUCKS now, and I found out this week that I can use my REDcard debit card there too so I can get the 5% off my coffee every time!! I am a lifetime Crystal Lake resident, with a lot of extended family in this area, and we all agree that this place is amazing. I was surprised to see such a filthy bathroom for a target. The odor was really strong and the stalls had all sorts of drips on them. It's smells strong of urine and was filthy. If I don't have a lot I use self checkout lanes but the lines move pretty fast if you have a full cart. I've also made purchases for work here using our non-profit number for tax exemption status and they move pretty quickly on these purchases as well as gift cards. I really like the pet aisles here and the seasonal aisle for holiday needs. On my last visit I loaded up on baking needs to start making my favorite holiday cookies and this Target had everything on my list. Another thing I appreciate are the sales on clothing especially after summer when you can find some cute women's clothing at unbelievably low prices. I also find it impressive that several times I've had staff members greet me warmly or ask if they can help me find something. Great customer service here. The line at CS was 9 people deep and only one person could/knew how to process Amazon returns and I was told she would be back after her break. I waited 15 minutes while all 9 of the people in line were processed, plus more some more, then there we stood. Two CS who could not/would not do Amazon returns, waiting on an employee that was on break. I understand employee shortages, but how about cross training those that do show up for work?
