They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. Happy to report that I've run multiple games with zero crashes and everything is running fine. The level of service, detailed questions and customer care was excellent. Thanks Adam!

I truly feared all of my files were gone forever. Wedding pictures, baby photos, and vacations we'd taken over the years. Plus all my music and video files. Adam and the Nerd Rangers saved almost everything for me on a 5TB drive. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I'd called a couple services that would have needed me to mail off the drive and they quoted me much higher rates as their minimums. I'm so glad I found Nerd Rangers. They're local and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

There are two kinds of IT people, the ones who leave you more confused than when you started, and…read morethe ones who quietly solve the problem and get you back to running your business. Working with Matt was exactly that. He was prompt, professional, and refreshingly easy to work with. No unnecessary jargon, no drama, just honest expertise and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. As a small business owner, having someone reliable to call when technology gets in the way is invaluable. If you're looking for an IT professional who knows his craft, communicates well, and delivers on his promises, I highly recommend him. Good people are hard to find. Great IT people are even harder.

He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

Corporate promised it, then sided with the store, then went silent. You still want me to drive back so you can "fix" a screen that already works. That's not service. That's stalling until I get tired. Google handed their warranty to a chain that can't follow a simple ticket and then acted like the customer is the problem. Tagging you both until somebody with a brain actually reads the file. Edit 2: day 39 of this store and its owner trying to steal from me. Do not allow this place to fix your phone. Send it to the company. DO NOT WALK OR CALL THSSE PEOPLE. TLDR: Run Long version: My pixel 10 fold wouldn't charge. They had to completely replace the motherboard to fix it. New phone basically. I find out they don't have a part so I drove over for them to waste 20 minutes testing it. Now I call them the day the part gets there and graciously tell them I will come Friday to help them instead of Tuesday. My phone broke on the weekend mind you and it's supposed to be same day turn around. It's broken again now. Everything is bugging out including putting itself into airplane mode. Then while driving to get it fixed. My screen went out. They took up another 20 minutes of my time and said oh look it charges we will replace the screen.. hey manager stupid, the screen isn't broken!! Google didn't send me here for a new screen! When corporate calls I'm going to tell them to remove the owner of this franchise or force him to fire the manager. Edit1: the screen is fine again. The manager would have cost Google money replacing a working screen. This is what happens when stupid people think they are smarter than their customers.
