DPC Computer Repair will always be my go to business to care for my computer. My computer was kind…read moreof chugging along and when I ran a scan , it turned out I needed a new battery. I brought the computer to Best Buy and I have to say the gentleman there was very helpful. He explained that I would have to purchase my battery since Best Buy didn't carry it . But once I had it , they would be happy to install the battery.....if I leave it there for 3 days. I am not willing to install it myself but when it arrived , I realized I did not feel comfortable leaving my computer there for that long. So , I searched for an alternative. I noticed that DPC had very high ratings so I took a chance , called and asked if I could get this done within one day. Yes, was the answer , as long as I brought it in the morning. So, I did. Just after opening, I arrived with "the patient" and the battery. The gentleman there told me to stay there and wait because it could be done very quickly. Excellent ! And it was done in less than 1/2 hour, for a very reasonable price . I didn't have to leave it for 3 days. (for a battery?) Sorry Best Buy. Adrian Ortega of A&O responded within two hours (on the…read moreSaturday before Christmas), came to my residence and quickly diagnosed the cause and got my laptop booted. The issue was that even though I had a McAfee VPN, the malware had created a entryway and prevented the complete McAfee suite of products from loading. He downloaded some recommended applications, quarantined the malware which enabled me to complete the security installation. I plan to use his assistance again on a project I have coming up in spring and am strongly recommending A&O Computer Plus!
