I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The hinges on my work laptop broke and kept me from being able to open it. He let me know over the phone it probably wasn't an easy/ quick/cheap fix. He had me bring it right in. I just needed him to get it open so I could work. He got it open. Explained what it took to be repaired and about how much it would cost. I asked him what I owed him. Highly suggest going here! My computer was completely black and making a weird noise so I brought it in (it is a brand new computer). Frank replaced the hard drive on my computer in 1 day! Works really well now and even installed an anti virus software for free! read more
