One caveat: the store can be quite cluttered with stacks of boxes and records and other items and sometimes they make it hard to get through aisles or inhibit your ability to shop items they have in stock. That's to both you and the shop's detriment. I brought it up to the owner once and he got short with me, so I left and haven't been back since, only because it's about an hour's drive for me. Called in and brought in my laptop along with an iPhone 5s that I have just sitting there with a home button issue. I was told the repair shouldn't be an issue on either item and just to give them a few days. No more than three business days later I get a call saying that everything is done and ready to go, and was surprised with the amount due. I expected to pay a lot more for what I got, and didn't expect the service to be so quick. I called every repair place within a 10 mile radius to get quote for repair which ranged from $70-$130 from 3rd parties.
