Excellent service! The owner spent a lot of time working to fix my old MacBook Air and consistently kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. In addition, I have gotten my old iPhone 11 battery replaced since the batter was not holding a charge and was overheating. The owner provided a fast turnaround, and my phone is working great now. The owner of this shop operates in a very unethical way I think. He says he'll call you but almost never does and even after I made multiple calls to him, he still didn't pick up and I had to personally go in the store to get an update on the progress. And the worst part about this is that he lies and says that he has tried making contact and blames it on you. Oh he also might fix your item without providing you with a proper consultation because he fails to communicate with his costumers. read more

I brought my HP printer here due to the fact that it was printing blank or faded pages even with new ink. Brought it in said he'll have is tech look at it, eventually found the ink tray that actually puts the ink on the page was the problem, they fixed it and I was on my way. My only problem was communication wasn't great, they didn't call me to keep me updated so I called, when I did he told me everything that was going on so at least they did that. It did take a while, about 3 weeks but as they are mainly a phone/tablet repair I'm sure printers are more rare to them. The price to fix was great! About 1/4 of what geek squad wanted. read more

We got our galaxy s7 repaired at this shop. We were about a month from paying it off and instead of getting a new phone, we decided to fix this one to try to save money in the long run. At the end of the day the phone was fixed right for about $90 and they even but a new back on the phone (ours was cracked) for no charge! We had a little bit of a delay in getting our phone back due to extenuating circumstances, per the owner, but he made it right by providing us a temporary loaner. As mentioned in the other review, owner is extremely nice and understands what he needs to do to keep you as a customer. Highly recommend. read more
