I called every repair place within a 10 mile radius to get quote for repair which ranged from $70-$130 from 3rd parties. Most of the techs I spoke to gave me a warning that when repairing the earphone speaker there was a risk the the face ID cable will be damaged beyond repair. When I Called 911 tech, they assured me that this was not the case. They got me fixed up in less than an hour for $80 and everything works beautifully. I confronted the guy right after he switched it out that the quality of the screen was super terrible, but he tried to say that this is the brand they use all the time without any issues. However, he then all of the sudden offered another (shitty) brand I didn't like either when I asked to out my original broken screen back on. I told him he needs to be upfront with the customers that his quality is not as good as the original one before providing any service. And when I wanted to leave with my original screen, he then proceeded to say we owe him $49.99 for just switching screens. Do not trust them. Rip off!

He worked very hard to repair the back glass on my iPhone 15 pro, was very careful and did a really good job, and on a religious holiday for him too. He was very kind and did his best to repair a difficult product (right to repair is a thing, Apple), and gave me a very good price for the work he put into fixing my phone. This kind of thing takes skill and he deserves to be compensated and treated fairly for his effort. I hope I won't break my phone again but if I do, I will go here first.

They also carry a huge amount of used stereo equipment and Joe can answer just about any question you might have on any subject you can come up with regarding stereo equipment, speakers, accessories and jazz music too. He's there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. One caveat: the store can be quite cluttered with stacks of boxes and records and other items and sometimes they make it hard to get through aisles or inhibit your ability to shop items they have in stock. That's to both you and the shop's detriment. I brought it up to the owner once and he got short with me, so I left and haven't been back since, only because it's about an hour's drive for me.
