So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

Customers Beware! This past weekend I went to get my S4 screen fixed and ask for a quote. I asked if they could explain the 1 year warranted and he said that if I didn't like what my phone looked like or operated, that before I left the store he would adjust it. He had me pull out the receipt that he hand wrote and pointed that the initial price was $130 and that didn't include $45 in labor fees! In the end it was my fault for not looking at the receipt before I left and allow them to fix my phone but wow that's some shady S**T. I bought an iPhone cover for my wife for a Christmas present 12 days before Christmas. When she opened the package Christmas morning, she discovered that the case was broken--the corner of it had been broken off, but was snugly placed inside the package and just fell off when opened. When I tried to return it on the 26th, I was first shuffled from one kiosk to the next in search of the 'manager'. When I finally tracked him down, he at first refused to accept a return of the case. He claimed that store policy was not to accept returns after three days. The receipt said, printed right on it, that I had 14 days. This lie having been busted, he then shifted. He claimed that it was "impossible" for the case to be broken in the packaging because all of the cases are "100% quality inspected". I told him, then, that some inspector must have missed this one because it was broken, and packaged that way. Again, he said that was impossible, then he got more personal. He told me that he didn't believe my story. Yep, he stood there and called me a liar to my face. The female employee working the kiosk there stood next to him and laughed at my frustration and indignation while he did it. Ripping people off by selling them broken merch is, apparently, just a game to them. I refused to leave, and he started to get nervous because customers were waiting and hearing the awful way I was being treated. Eventually, he broke down and agreed to exchange the broken case, but he only let me select from the cheapest rack of cases on display, claiming (again, this was *another* lie) that those were the only cases that would fit my phone. I wound up losing money on the exchange. Never, never, never buy anything from these kiosks. I could have gotten better service and return/replacement terms buying the case used online.

Little did I know the SE was a hot ticket item and in short supply especially ones in Rose Gold. Even Apple Stores had 0 in stock! With a waiting list of over a month! Thanks God a SE was located at this AT&T store in my metal. So George and I zipped on up here blaring Bob Seger in our SUV, walked in and were helped immediately. Daniel B took care of me and he was really friendly and efficient. The whole thing went very fast. I liked he helped me select a case and screen protector and applied them carefully. The case selection was small esp for my model, but I found one that matched with rose gold shavings floating in lucite (I still am going to get another one with a pic on the outside of G probably). I appreciated he gave me a tip that if you watch videos esp on YouTube it can use data more that surfing the net or message boards. He and most people have no idea this, but I watch YouTube a lot! Another thing i liked was he didn't chit chat with his coworkers. Def at another AT&T store but EVEN at Apple Stores I've had Genius Bar employees chat or make remarks about the customers or sarcastic remarks about their devices or issues while on the floor or helping me. One more thing is the location wasn't really that out of the way since its by many highways and two tourist attractions (Gurnee Mills ginormous outlet mall & Great America theme park) plus a bunch of other strip malls. And the low lake county sales tax and low cig prices for smokeys, but honestly I'd probably go back for the outlet shopping LOL and visiting this store. Yay for fast and friendly service.
