Of all the local T-mobile spots, this is my favorite store to visit. Parking here is easy and the store seems a bit larger than other ones in the area. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a great promotion run by T-Mobile. Every Tuesday they feature some type of giveaway. The promotion this week was a free pickleball set of two paddles and a pickleball. Not only is this a fun giveaway but it also brings customers into the store. If it were not for this promotion, I would only go into the store when I needed help or every two years when I upgrade my phone. The staff in the store were very friendly. We visited a T-Mobile store to transfer a number to another T-Mobile account. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted us was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than assisting with the process, she immediately told us to call 611--despite the fact that we had successfully completed the same request at a different location without issue. She had glasses, long hair, and was holding a tablet displaying the name "Cindy," though I'm not certain that was her name. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service we received. read more

This location and all the staff absolutely rock! We switched our mobile from AT&T to T-Mobile and they were so helpful and friendly. They discussed all there services and let know about free trials and all their services. Just the fact that the screen protector has a lifetime warranty and can be replaced for free is awesome. My protective screen was bubbly and I traveled to Salt Lake City. I found a T-Mobile and they swapped out the screen no problem. I went in to finalize everything and asked about SyncUP. They got that on my contract and for $3/month I free wifi in my car. Now we just left Xfinity for cable and a landline. We got T|Vision. Their TV services and we're saving nearly $150/month. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and opened a business account. Worst decision ever. If I could go back and stay with AT&T I would. The opening of the account took 4 hours. None of the steps were explained to us. We were originally told that to switch to T-Mobile we would get a gift card up to $800 that we can transfer to our bank account. This was a lie. It's just a gift card that we have yet to receive. We STILL don't have an online account. I've called multiple times, went to the store and NOTHING is done. The manager was supposed to call me back on multiple occasions but still hasn't. I don't understand how after 3 weeks we still can't get our account set up with the application. Stay away from this store, they're as helpful as a fly. read more

Working with store manager Alex, I recvd poor service when adding two lines a month ago. Ultimately they resolved the problem had to get new SIM cards... because of all the time and trouble shooting Alex promised to credit the account $50 but said he couldn't at the time because I was reimbursed for the SIM card by customer care but to call in one month and he would apply the credit. When I did they told me they could only apply a credit once per 12 calendar due to a policy change. They refused to help any further and offered me an apology but nothing more. I've been here several times and am generally an easy customer. I went in to purchase a new phone and was debating between S9+ and Iphone X. Ended up getting the S9+ and trading in my S7 Edge for the upgrade. The first issue was that, after leaving the store, I found out that the new phone doesn't have the same USB as the S7 Edge so my cables are useless now. I called up to complain and ask about this and admittedly was too upset at the start but calmed down and explained my problem to the Manager, Wes. He told me that the new Samsung phones are all made with USB-C and that the phone came with BETWEEN ONE AND SEVERAL USB ADAPTERS TO CHANGE MY OLD, USB-MICRO, CORDS TO USB-C SO I COULD CHARGE THE PHONE. The reason I capitalize is that is that it's a lie, straight up, no nicer way to say it. It's a lie to say that the S9+ comes with a USB-Micro to USB-C Adapter. It's a lie to say "several USB adapters" as well. The S9+ comes with a USB-A to USB-C adapter, that is to say, an almost entirely useless adapter. It's there for the sole purpose of transferring data from a USB-Micro device to the USB-C device which is totally useless because they can connect wirelessly in like seven different ways. I can't even remember the last time i put something on Yelp but this is ridiculous, the Manager shouldn't be flat out lying to their customers. read more

This store is the closest to my house. I have used them at least 4 times: add line, but sim card, etc. Workers are friendly and get job done. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes there. Store is always busy and short-staffed. read more

My sister and I went in last weekend to upgrade her phone. Wess is hands down the best employee we have ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us and was so genuine. He was not pushy and gave us time to look around and make a decision. He was very easy going and made the transaction smooth and fun. Manager of this store, make sure to keep him around. It is hard to find not just an employee like him but just an awesome human being who loves what he does and does an excellent job. Good vibes all around!! I had a very positive experience here compared to the hawthorne location in vernon hills. Both Neal and Bush, were beyond helpful in setting me up with the ETF reimbursement process which i struggled with setting up/never received help from at hawthorne location. Both went above and beyond in helping me with anything i needed And I truly do appreciate that The effort and hard work doesn't go unnoticed. I have used this Tmobile location before with excellent assistance from Bhushan Redkar. He had amazing knowledge and patience with a very difficult issue. I went in last Monday and had a relatively new associate help me, Diego, who was very nice and helpful, as well. I had to go back on Wednesday and had a TERRIBLE experience with (2) associates that were rude, talking to one another about personal issues when (2) customers were waiting for assistance. When they finally got around to helping me, the woman didn't have the slightest idea of what to do and the man said he was going to be tied up for at least another 10-15 minutes. I had already been waiting 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting if they are seriously helping another customer. That wasn't the case here. They were rude and discussing personal issues - NOT while they were helping the other customer! I would NEVER use this location unless you get Bhushan or Diego!!!!!!! read more

ABSOLUTELY fantastic customer service provided by Angelica S. I can seriously not speak any more highly about the awesome visit I had. It was complicated - I needed to get a new phone line but have an existing phone number ported. I also was looking at possibly purchasing a new phone. Long story short - Angelica advised me that I was unable to add a 6th line to my account and the only way she could do so is to change my phone plan. See... this is where most people would just change it! I have had this happen in the past! She actually took the time to talk with me and work out things. After a few calls to customer loyalty (customer - 11 years and counting) they were able to change me to another grandfathered plan that would accommodate that sixth line without any change in the rate plan. She was able to add the line, successfully port the number, and set me up with a new Samsung Galaxy S7. She is only a retail store associate but she has the tact, knowledge and know-how to definitely make an incredible assistant manager or manager one day. Tmobile PLEASE take a look at this associate and see what you can do for her! You have an unpolished diamond at this store!
