    The one employee up front was very helpful. She had to go in the back of the store for every…read morequestion we had. There was a gentleman waiting in line behind us for at least 30 minutes with no assistance. You could smell weed every time the back room door was opened. The manager and her boyfriend were apparently back there smoking. The manager never came out to assist so the poor man just waited even though we offered to let him get help ahead of us. The employee said once she's in a screen setting up phones she can't get out to help someone else. There are no actual computers set up in the store to assist customers and they had extremely limited stock. Looked closed when we approached. Very strange business, I wouldn't recommend.

Just walked in to get more screen protector replaced and I was unsure when the location closed and apparently it closed at 7:00pm and I walked in at 7:01pm and I stood there figuring out my phone model and what I needed and I had two women just stare at me like I was crazy and after I stood there figuring out what I needed they gave me attitude and let me know they were closed. Didn't even bother to tell me as soon as I walked in or ask what I needed help with. I will get their names and put them on here as soon as I get them. The customer should be the top priority and as for these two women they did not care one bit. Please go to any other location if you need. But shoutout that one guy that carries this location you know who you are.

    This location is out dated with payment techniques. Went here to pay bill and won't accept tap to…read morepay, they said have to enter card info or cash only. So many other businesses don't take card info like that because of all the fraud. There was absolutely no costumers there but filled with employees.

I recently switched over from AT&T after being a customer for 12 years due to the promotions that seemed enticing. I would like to add in the 12 years I was with AT&T I never had ONE problem with them. About 2 weeks after switching to Verizon I have had nothing but issues. At first Ali promised me a $160 phone bill and the first bill I received was $400. After being told that it was only for the first bill, it was still going to be roughly $200/month until I called Corporate, and they added an additional promotional discount at $20/month for being misled by my sales associate. Ali advised me there was a $35 set up fee for each device from the store and he waived one fee and told me I could call Corporate to waive the other three. He failed to mention Corporate would also be charging ANOTHER $35 per device for activation and to waive store set up fees are not on the corporate side, and they couldn't do anything about it. This led to me paying roughly $250 dollars that Ali did not make me aware that I was going to have to pay. Ali also told me I had 14 days to turn my phone in and set up auto-pay, but on my first bill it was not accounted for since it wasn't done at the time of the sale. Another $40 I had to pay that was he was not up-front about; I would have done it in the store if knew it was going to cost me more money. He sold me 2 screen covers each costing me $50 and promised me the convenience of being able to come to the store for a year to replace it for free and thereafter a lifetime warranty through the screen cover's company's website. After 3 months I came to the store to replace the covers and now I'm being told the policy has changed and I can no longer use that convenience by changing at the store and I could only rely on the website with shipping to replace the covers. A policy change should not affect something that was purchased before the policy change date, nonetheless, I was told if I changed it at the store this time I would lose the lifetime warranty. Another $100 gone to waste when I could have bought a similar kind online for less than $12. I would also like to mention as soon as Ali finished the sale portion, he didn't even stay with me to close out everything and put the covers on my phone, he gave me another sales rep so he can go help other people in the room which is poor business. The other sales rep you can tell was new and was even frightful to put on my screen cover without messing it up. When I returned to the store a few times already due to complaints, Ali remains calm and speaks to me in a way where nothing is at fault of his own and even told me that he mentioned all these things to me which HE DID NOT! I have a fantastic memory, and I wouldn't forget it. He lies to your face and is quite deceitful. I've been in sales, and he is a disgrace to such a position. They are only looking for commission and couldn't care less how it affects your pockets. I IMMENSLY regret ever leaving AT&T and trusting this company. Not to mention, the service is not anywhere close to the service AT&T can give you. My phone lags constantly and drops connection all the time (never had that issue with AT&T). Save your money and your frustration and stay FAR AWAY from this place. Give it a second thought and look at other options cause this will be a decision you regret making.
