You are right I am not a expert in heating and cooling that is not my profession. I hired another company turns out there was a leak in the fiberglass tape that caused the issue. Ron's heating blamed the builders saying not enough insulation or etc. Well you're wrong. You guys come to my house for 10 minutes . Yes it's on camera you can say different but it shows when you stepped in the doors and drove off. Total 12 minutes. You guys want to charge me a diagnostic fee FOR WHAT? You guys didn't diagnostic the issue another company did within 30 minutes. Get a second opinion before hiring this company because they are a one sided company and that side only Benefits them. I have my newborn room with improper heat coming into the room. It's 61 degrees when the house is set to 70 degrees and they blame the builders when it was due to their issue that they didn't even diagnose another company did. JOKE of a company. I tried paying the diagnostic fee that I honestly shouldn't because they rushed and didn't even spend the time to figure out the cause. They wanted to charge me a 3% fee for a debit card. Then they tried to charging me for a visit the the prior owner did and never collected on me. Such a great experience!…read more My rim on my '99 Park Ave cracked and caused the tire to go flat. When I tried to get it fixed at a big name auto shop, I was told my car was too old and to order it on-line or find a junk yard because they couldn't fix it... Enter in B&O!!! They not only told me if there was a car with possible matching parts to my car on the lot, but also how much it would cost ($50 less than on-line). I drove there the next day and the staff was super friendly and easy going. Not only did I find the part I was looking for, but because the price was so great I picked up a few extra parts I never thought I'd replace because (normally) it wasn't worth the expense. They even paid me cash for my old cracked rim and took it (plus the flat tire) off my hands!! Bring your own tools though, which is alright, because that's why the prices are so low.
