They communicated in Spanish amongst themselves. They pretty much did what they wanted without telling us. One of the worst parts were they packed up many items in our basement -everything from my craftshop and sewing room- and brought the boxes out an egress window right through my flower bed ruining it without even telling me they were going to do that and stacked them in my garage numbered and labeled with what room they went to. We have 2 unfinished rooms in the basement where these boxes could have been placed. They supposedly took photos of content in every box but when I requested those photos so I knew what box corresponded with what content, they never responded. As this project is still ongoing and these boxes remain my garage, I have no idea if I even have all my contents any longer. I did manage to pack up a good part of the contents of the family room myself before they showed up and labeled each box accordingly with what items were in each box but ran out of time. The reason I did that is we had previous experience after a house fire in 2017 of workers stealing contents. Those boxes were not even moved into the unfinished rooms which needed to happen because the flooring needs to be replaced, The foreman of the team seemed to be upset that I had done part of the work such as removal of all contents to a higher surface and opening up all furniture to air like I had taken away part of their work. I was just trying to mitigate damage to the furniture and contents as we had a 10,000 back up and sewer insurance cap. They did not finish packing up all the contents in the other rooms and I had to purchase additional boxes myself,and my son, and his fiancee and I packed up the workshop and additional items not packed up in the family room area. Apparently, Paul Davis was more concerned with a time frame of 2 days than finishing the job. We placed these boxes in our utility room and storage closet which are not finished, They could have used those rooms for storage but chose not too. They left drywall dust everywhere after cutting the lower drywall 2 feet. We will have to have our hvac system professionally cleaned as the air from the basement is causing headaches and body aches. What is worse is they promised us to help with the rebuilding and here it is almost a month later and they still have not even given us a final estimate and do not return our phone calls. Once the remodel is done, I and my husband who both are in our 60's with previous knee injuries have to move these boxes back down. We also never received a summary or accounting of what the cost of the clean up was and if all of our funds were used. We are on our own now to find a contractor to finish the job and living in a house with half of the storage room unavailable.

Again Romero explained to us the importance of monitoring daily to ensure that the wet affected materials are drying effectively. After the last monitor, the crew returned to pick up all the equipment, and they did a final cleaning. I highly recommend this company. They are the best of the best.

The next day a crew was out to mitigate, with repair morning after. When you have to do this work it's very stressful, especially when you lose part of your kitchen for a time. But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). I paid two deposits -- roughly $25,000 for cleanup and another $25,000 toward rebuilding. Before signing, I specifically asked whether the tenants' belongings would be included in the cost, and was told they would not be charged to me. I have this in writing. I was also told verbally that this would be handled as a full-service job since I live out of state and couldn't manage it myself. After the second payment, I was informed certain portions of the project -- including electrical work and the kitchen rebuild -- would not be handled after all. From there, the project became increasingly hard to manage and communication broke down. Despite what I was told, I was charged over $6,000 for work involving the tenants' belongings. Several other billed items also didn't match what I found on inspection: stains still on doors, windows that hadn't been cleaned, bathrooms that didn't appear cleaned, and painting that looked incomplete or poorly finished. I had to dispute multiple charges, including one for AC cleaning that was ultimately removed -- which raised real concerns for me about the accuracy of the billing overall. Beyond the direct costs, this situation led to lost rental income, an ongoing tenant situation, and repeated trips back to the property to sort things out. I also had an interaction with Patrick that I considered threatening, which I reported to law enforcement. I have documentation, photos, messages, and billing records supporting all of this. I'm sharing my experience so other property owners can do their own due diligence -- the sales process was far better than the actual execution, communication, and billing turned out to be. I wouldn't hire this company again, and I'd strongly recommend getting scope of work, pricing, and every charge confirmed in writing before paying anything.

When trashing drywall and materials as expected, they were not supposed to trash anything personal. Owner claims we are liars and did not look through bags. I attached camera proof of me looking through the trash because of this. Don't know why he would think this is a lie because I can prove I did. Company showed up announced last day to pickup machines, 2 hours after scheduled time. Owner claims we "screamed and called them names," during this interaction. We have cameras and this encounter on video. No voices were raised or names called. That is pure slander and untrue. Company would leave after 2 hours of work and say they need to return next day (more than once), after you've already taken the day off. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, owner responds, said I called him/his company names, yelled, was "abusive", that I messaged him on weekends, and much more. All of these things are slander, I was nothing but kind to them. Phone records, cameras, and photos prove I have never called this person on a weekend and his other claims are lies. Company does messy work, randomly will damage things (shown in photos). Mold inspector said he can tell his work was not properly contained, this is a health risk. He also said 8,316 dollars is ridiculous for what was done. I showed company owner black mold on baseboards prior to work (pictures show). It was left and my home has failed the 2nd (final) test. Owner had a problem with us keeping our animals locked away during work. We made sure we were home and told him many times to let us know when they need to enter that room with the animals for work, they failed to ever inform us when they want to enter the room and then blamed never getting to it on us. Company left our front and back door wide open for extended periods, as long as 3 hours sometimes, for anything to get in. Owner claims he knew the first air test would fail and I wasted my money. I have a message from him on 01/15 of him claiming otherwise, I will attach it below. After feeling the work was done (shown via text), an air test failed, and owner claimed he absolutely never thought the work was done. Another example of random unprofessional lies. After this test fail, owner said our bar NEEDS to be gone to pass. So I allowed him to rip it up, re clean basement and tested again. Test failed again, so the bar is gone for nothing. I hardly spoke to his employees besides an occasional thank you, and owner says one "quit because of me." Then he said he fired one over me. Thy makes 0 sense. Company unplugged our basement fridge and we didn't notice for days. I asked them to please leave original doors and frames, they ripped every single frame up anyway. I would've allowed them to if they told me they needed to. Owner said we had a pipe leak. Within 24 hours I had a plumber out who fixed it. Later on owner claimed we "had a bathroom flooding the basement and argued with him about it," this is an example of the owners slander. I can prove I had a plumber there asap and never argued so I don't understand the random lies. This review is to warn.

One the second occasion, I had a pipe in the wall with a pin hole that flooded my kitchen and of course again the basement. He again worked with my Insurance Adjuster and my Mortgage Lender to get all of the issues resolved and restored my home to it's pre-lose condition. His work is incredible. He puts such effort in the work that he does, and it is quality work. My basement looks incredible. I called him on a Saturday morning when I discovered the leak, and he was here within a half hour. He was actually out having a meal, and dropped everything to come and attend to my needs. I would strongly recommend using him for you plumbing and remodeling needs. He is overall a really nice guy, and he listens to his customers needs and concerns.
