He left my old water heater on my lawn and said someone would be there to get it within hours. I live in Barrington not the ghetto. That was a Friday. Tuesday it was still there. I called and asked to have it removed and still it sat. The girl I spoke to was snotty and I never got any follow up. I finally had to call 1800GotJunk to have it taken away (a 170.00 expense). Not cool. The other really weird thing is that I called Black Diamond to remove the old heater. Looked them up on the web and called their number just like I did the day my heater broke. They had no record of my service. What? I never checked to make sure that's where the original people were from. I did think it odd that they just kept saying "the plumbing company" but I had other emergencies that day. What appears to be happening is this company is diverting calls away from Black Diamond. Do not use and be careful to check to make sure who you are dealing with. Lesson learned for me.
