Had us waiting weeks for a (special) team to take care of the 2-3 small spots just for them to take basically 10 min to finish which cost 9k without us knowing. They found rot in the wood behind a cabinet a didn't think to look up a see that the rot was coming from a bathtub leak. Instead they assumed it was flood damaged and ripped up our entire kitchen and main level for NO REASON. Ending payout was close to 45k. Now because of them we don't have enough coverage to finish rebuilding our house. In my opinion no way they did 45k amount of work. I wouldn't trust them at all. They so left me with a 1000 dollar comed bill. I think their quotes are BS and no matter what the estimate is they will charge the max. Another scam company trying to make easy money off insurance companies. I don't they are honest. Also the (absestos) team weren't wearing any gear and respirator mask. I'm starting to think there wasn't any at all. Just another reason to max out that quote

He left my old water heater on my lawn and said someone would be there to get it within hours. I live in Barrington not the ghetto. That was a Friday. Tuesday it was still there. I called and asked to have it removed and still it sat. The girl I spoke to was snotty and I never got any follow up. I finally had to call 1800GotJunk to have it taken away (a 170.00 expense). Not cool. The other really weird thing is that I called Black Diamond to remove the old heater. Looked them up on the web and called their number just like I did the day my heater broke. They had no record of my service. What? I never checked to make sure that's where the original people were from. I did think it odd that they just kept saying "the plumbing company" but I had other emergencies that day. What appears to be happening is this company is diverting calls away from Black Diamond. Do not use and be careful to check to make sure who you are dealing with. Lesson learned for me.
