I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Courteous and quick. Only took about an hour for the stairs and bedroom that was cleaned. Huge difference between the carpet that was cleaned and the carpet that was not. You probably shouldn't give an appointment slot and just provide a window time. Between 1-2pm or 4-5, etcetera. I did not do the deep cleaning because I didn't have time to organize the bedrooms. They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back.
