My home warranty co. called Always Air - I'd assumed they would come out, take another quick look and make the same diagnosis. Hal showed up and spent a little less time and told me all I needed was a cleaning. For SIGNIFICANTLY less than what the other Co. had quoted me - Hal got my system up and running AND TRAINED ME ON PROPER USE OF IT (something the other Co. never bothered to help with). They then overbooked themselves to make sure my installation happened ASAP, which I greatly appreciated. When a small snafu occurred, they handled it immediately and made things righ,t including going above and beyond what I would expect a company to do to make things right. Since then, I've replaced my AC, furnace, and water heater with them, and also had a whole-house humidifier installed.
