We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately, came out to my house, and by the…read morefollowing week, I had new 5 inch gutters to match my house with larger 3x4 downspouts and Gutter Glove gutter guards at the lowest of the quotes I had been given over the past month. He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! I'm continually admiring how pretty my house looks now. I can't wait until it rains!!

They are professional, provide quality materials and were quick in completing the job. The workmanship is high quality. Excellent. From the moment I contacted the company until the job was completed I was kept in the loop. As a woman they dealt directly with me. I was treated with respect, integrity and professionalism. The 3 gentlemen who worked on our garage did an excellent job. The job took 2-1/2 days. They worked very, very hard. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. They never left a scrap of materials or trash in our backyard or front yard. They were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. We were informed this job would take 3 full days. They wrapped it up in 2.50 days. We were also informed the job would be started the week of Thanksgiving (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Instead, they came 2 weeks earlier which worked out perfectly. We also appreciated having our garage done 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. They installed white facia, gutters and downspouts. They installed 2 new lights (which I purchased myself) at no extra cost. The trim around the window and doors looks fantastic. They installed plywood all around as well as Tyvek. We are very, very satisfied with the end result. I rarely give 5 star reviews on Yelp, but this company did an excellent job from beginning to end. They made it very easy. They were professional and courteous. We were kept in the loop at every step. Also, the price point was excellent (a bit over $5,000) -- compared to having a new garage built we saved over $3,500. The quality of materials and excellent quality workmanship coupled with excellent communication and professionalism are reasons I highly recommend this company.
