Lucas and team were very affordable, professional and did quality work. We called him to have our non-functioning chimney removed because the flashing was bad and our roof was leaking as a result. Lucas and team showed up the morning we agreed and they quickly got to work. Within a few hours they had removed the chimney to the roof line, covered the hole and put shingles to cover. Lukas did a great job on repairing my chimney. He returned my call the same day and we setup a time to review the job. He gave me a quote and he let me know that he would give me a call when the weather was ok to perform the work. Lukas and his team grinded out the old mortar and replaced it with new mortar. The chimney looks really good and with the work they did I realized that the repair was long over due. They also took care to cover the chimney with plastic due to possibly of rain later and came back the next day to finish up. Luke was very nice. I would say that he was friendly, and he explained everything to me and just said that what I thought needed to be done was not what the problem was. My house was built in 1965, and I had some plaster problems, and I thought may be the water was getting in through the brick, but he explained to me that was not what's happening. I thought it was disappointing that he couldn't help me, but he was straightforward. Practically what he said was he was not going to do something and charge me for something that didn't need to be done, so I was very happy with him. He listened to me what I was asking him, and then he explained to me why that was not the problem. I talked to him on the phone, and he told me when he would be here, and he was here right on time. We have an old, brick house from 1890 which has a lot of issues that need attention. This spring we decided to do the brownstone lintels and sills repair. I contacted Lucas at Pro Services Group and he came out the following week to access the job. He gave us a quote right away and his pricing was reasonable. We tried to schedule the project to be completed on a weekend but sure enough it rained every weekend for over a month. Once the weather finally cleared, Lucas and his crew started work right away and finished ahead of schedule. He replaced 2 stones and patched the top floor stones because he said they were too far gone. They also applied a brick water repellent that lasts at least 10 years. If you are considering any brick or masonry work, Pro Services Group is a very reliable and honest company to work with. We just had them finish a rebuild project on a large chimney at our home. This included replacing several bricks that had deteriorated due to weathering. They also pressure washed the whole chimney to remove the build-up of moss and then inspected and resealed any areas suspected of leakage and resealed the complete chimney cap.
