With the amount of damage these storms have brought to the area - we were without power for almost a week. Our tree taking out the power lines behind the house. I expected to wait some time prior to an estimate. receiving the estimate a few days later. The price was great, with the exception that the work quoted was only for debris removal. Far from what we requested estimates/quotes on at the time one of their team members came out to estimate. That large tree that came down took out a portion of another tree that requires some trimming so it could survive. our silver maple requires a flush cut after that large branch was torn off by wind to avoid any additional damages. I responded to the email asking for verification that the estimate was only for removing debris or included the additional work we asked for quoted. if it did not, to please let us know how much so we can get this going. Nothing. A few days later, an auto email came through asking if I had questions regarding my quote. Responded back to the proper email...now a week later...nothing. At this time, we are a few weeks in since that last round of storms and we cannot leave everything sitting. My husband has had to cut much of the debris out of the garden area so we can get things growing again. We still require assistance with some aspects such as the repair work to the trees. Unfortunate. Have wanted the op to get our trees on a regular maintenance program after years of doing things ourselves. This damage was a test run to see what company would be a good fit.
