I decided this morning due to hearing a heavy tree grinding machine over at our neighbors to approach White Oak Tree Care work coordinator Mauricio Huerta for a quote on our 53 year old maple tree in order to lighten one of 2 trunks due to damage done to that side by a massive lightening strike about 20 years ago, leaving that side of the tree structurely compromised which seemed to get worse over the years. This always concered us due to a need in providing tree safety. Mauricio was very quick to give us a quote. His conduct was cordial and very professional his quote was reasonable, and to top it off, after doing a job for that neighbor he was able to get his crew over to trim our tree. I told him to do what he felt necessary to lighten that half of our tree while also making it safe. He did so very quickly which also coupled to an excellent clean up afterwords. Great job by Mauricio and his smiling Team! Professional, prompt, respectful, and the price was very reasonable. We have a beautiful red maple that sustained some storm damage that needed urgent attention. They were able to schedule the work the next day. After the Team did the necessary trimming, they saved the tree! Also had them remove a diseased tree on the property and ground the stump. Mauricio is also very knowledgeable, and freely shared information regarding other trees on the property to keep them healthy. All the work was completed in 1 hour including clean-up and replacing fence panels that were removed for yard access. White Oak Tree Care came and removed a very large oak tree towering over our ranch. I was completely nervous how the tree would not hit our roof. However, these guys knew exactly what they were doing. They worked fast and efficiently with no accidents. They had all the heavy duty gear to move and grind up the huge logs. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up the mess completely. After 6 different quotes White Oak offered the price. They let us keep our wood chips without an extra cost which added so much value. Fantastic work by the whole crew - had a 60 ft plus oak tree with Oak wilt that was progresively losing branches in storms after having been dead for years. Team came out and had to climb (no access from street), and saw from the top down while navigating neighboars fence, power lines, trees and vegetation. Mulchers could also not make it back - requiring the team to manually carry the pieces to the front of the property. Amazing work.! Giant stumps were left to be picked up by another piece of heavy duty equipment. Mauricio is an arborist, licensed bonded insured - just a great experience. I had them trim up a cranapple that was a problem leaning towards my neighbors property, Also a troublesome branch on my River Birch that I feared would break during the next storm. I had estimates that ran the gamut. Mauricio Huerta stopped by and studied the tree and let me know exactly how it should be trimmed without making it look bad. The Derecho of 2020 blew through and took out a very old locus tree in our backyard. The storm destroyed the tree and placed most of it on and in our house. It damaged the roof, our master bedroom and master bath leaving several large holes in the structure. White Oak was the knight in shining armor! These guys were by far the lowest cost option of the six I reached out to. They were very timely, showing up the same week and exactly when they said they'd come. They didn't ask for a check until all of the work was done to my satisfaction. Because they trimmed the trees by climbing them, there were just a few very small dead branches at the very tips of the tree that they were not able to reach safely. At the end of the day though, I was more concerned with the price and the price was very affordable so I was ok leaving those branches alone. read more

Dead limbs and low hanging branches needed to be removed from two locust trees. Mauricio made an appointment, walked my property with me, understood my requests and provided a quote on the spot. His quote was more than reasonable. The crew completed the work as requested.
