I have used County tree service many times over the last several years and I just cannot say enough good about them. My first experience was to have a 60-year old pine tree removed and base plus roots completely stumped. They gave me the best quote of the 4 I sought and when the day came they had all the right equipment and personnel. In what seemed no time, those men had my tree down and all the evidence of its existence in a truck being hauled somewhere. I' once used them to clean up many substantial downed branches and things after a mini-tornado. Not only was the service impeccable, but what I really appreciated was their quote. Other contractors were gouging but they gave me a fair price that was better than everybody else's Another job they did, also the biggest job they did for me included taking out a massive 60-year old Oak, and various bushes and trees that ran along 3 sides of my yard. This large job took the entire day but they cleared every bush and stumped every root well into the evening until the job was done. (before and after pics attached) Through all of this, the business owners have been incredibly easy to deal with. I just called and stated what I needed done and they either came out for a quote or gave me one over them phone. I've also recommended them to two family members that went on to hire them and both were immensely pleased. If you have a tree job that you need to get done, do me a favor and give these guys at County tree service a call. They've been so good to me and those I sent to them. None of that usual contractor game-playing and b.s. and that has earned them my repeated business over the years. read more

I contacted County Tree Service via Yelp and they were quick to respond. Brian came out the same day and provided me with a very reasonable quote and said he could fit me in today. The team came out with multiple trucks and remove the large tree in our backyard within a few hours. County Tree Service - 5 stars: We have two trees around our house that have really never been trimmed since we planted them, and they were starting to look a bit shabby. While I may have trimmed a limb or two from them over the last 25 years, they really needed a professional touch ... so we used the YELP service that helps connect you to a pro to get free quotes from local professionals. It worked very well. Three different services came out and looked at the job, and we received three quotes ($900, $700, $600). County Tree Service was our choice and they did a very nice job from start to finish. When the owner (one of the brothers) came out and quoted the job he was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He came out when he promised and, after we agreed on the job, did what he said he would do. He gave us some choices, and gave us some suggestions as to when to trim them. Now the trees are done and look great. The crew did a fine cleanup job, and left nothing behind ... not a twig. Fair price, and good work ... what more could one ask for? Highly recommended. read more

County Tree Service - Enormous Maple. Between 2 garages. - Tree Services Near Me - Stickney, Illinois

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I shopped ALOT for a tree service to remove a 32" in diameter 58 year old honey locust tree on our common fence line with the neighbors. It was in between the houses and growing over them there were also power lines and my deck as well to deal with. I also needed them to trim up my magnolia tree. Their quote for the work was the best one!!! They arrived on time with a 100 foot crane in front of our house and set up. They removed a 75 plus foot 58 year old surgically!!!! It was amazing to watch. Afterwards, they cleaned up the yard beautifully. Except for the stump and missing tree, they left the yard how they found it! The crew was fantastic as well!!! I bought them lunch, they deserved it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I paid a portion, and the balance will be paid after they come back to stump grind. Thanks again County Tree Service and crew!!! read more

Easy to do business with at a competitive price. Performed a difficult extraction of a tree off of shed without a problem.

They did a great job removing a large tree which was becoming a nuisance (falling branches clogging gutters, stump slope directing rainwater toward back door). Pricing was competitive and the crew worked very hard to get the job done. Much appreciated and will use them again if needed in the future. read more

County Tree Service was one of five companies I contacted for the removal of a dead river birch and its stump. They provided a free estimate quickly, and Brian was very responsive via text--especially when it came to scheduling and keeping me updated on the status of my city permit. I had specifically asked to be notified about their arrival time, as I have dogs and wanted to ensure they stayed safely inside the fence. The crew that came to remove the tree was professional and courteous. Later, when the stump was removed, one of the crew members brought his son along. His son asked if he could meet our dogs, and it was such a sweet moment--we made his day by letting him play with them, and the crew member made ours by completing the job efficiently. County Tree Service offered the lowest price out of all five quotes I received and delivered exceptional service. I highly recommend them! read more

I had two trees in my backyard that needed to come down. One was a double trunk, and both were too close to my house for comfort. Brian came out quickly, gave me a fair estimate on the spot, and was very easy to work with. He listened to all my concerns and made sure the plan fit exactly what I needed. His crew arrived on time and worked carefully around my house and the air conditioning unit, which was right next to the trees. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. When the job was done, they cleaned up everything. They even picked up sticks that had been in my yard before they started. They left the space spotless. If you need tree removal done right, with care and professionalism, I highly recommend Country Tree Service. This was a five star experience from start to finish. read more
