Called the "24/7" number 30 times (literally) and called the cops since there was not a reply and we needed to determine if the car was stolen or towed. Finally got a response after an hour of calling while we were at the police station. Had to wait until 8am to retrieve our car. When we tried to explain the circumstances, he threw a tantrum and said "he is not doing this with us" after 15 seconds into the conversation. Would not release our car because we said we were going to call manager to dispute charges based on signage (he said the signage was not updated). Made us pay in cash because he feared we would dispute credit card charges. Very unprofessional service in all regards. Cops said they have terrible service and our complaints were quite common. Cops handled us wonderfully. True professionals.

The roadside service from my auto insurance told me they would arrive in 90-120 minutes! I'll take 30 minute over on a cold winter day!! Doug and Randy were very professional and kind. I had forgotten to remove several small items from my totaled vehicle. Randy called to let me know and mailed them to me right away. I don't know their pricing as my insurance paid them directly. Doug helped us into the tow truck so we could wait in their shop for my husband to pick us up. I am very grateful to them!!

Definitely a great garage…read more My sprinter needed a replacement on the #1 injector and I was contemplating driving down to the carolinas to see a well renowned mechanic down there. However since I lived in Chicago a long trip became out of the question. I called a couple of times and was able to get my concerns settled as the owner himself responded and even owned 3 sprinters himself. All of the thing he said matched up to the things I've read online. Settle up the appointment was a bit difficult, in fact it took 3 calls. But after that everything was smooth. Remke's gave me a loaner vehicle during my repair and was done with the injector in a couple of days. I was recommended additional repairs and was told which was dire and which could last a few hundred more miles. Overall an honest shop with knowledgeable mechanics. They warranty their work too which is a great sign of workmanship. I drove an hour from Chicago despite numerous mechanics closer and I was not disappointed.
