I connected online with Thomas, he handles the internet sales transactions at M'Lady. I was hesitant to make the 2 hour drive unless I felt confident that I would be able to swing the deal on a 2026 Pathfinder Rock Creek edition. Thomas assured me that they would make my trip worthwhile. I made the trip and I was greeted by my salesman Hugo Duran. He was prepared in advanced to join me on a test drive and he went above and beyond by showing me several different colors and trim levels during my visit. Hugo went to bat for me during the negotiations and I felt no pressure to rush into my decision. After we cut the deal, the transaction was smooth and painless. By the time I finished in the business office, I found that Hugo had stayed after hours to assist me with the Nissan app and guided me through the set up of my new account. My new Pathfinder was delivered to my home the following day and I appreciated Hugo's follow up call, checking on my satisfaction and offering to answer any questions I might have. The entire experience was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

I called Saturday to get the final numbers and set up the time to arrive at the dealership. They told me they couldn't sell me the car because they were going to lose too much money on the deal. Then they tried to sell me a warranty and the financing, which I had already explained to them I didn't want the warranty and had my own financing. The final thing on Saturday was they were going to call me back in 10 minutes to make a final decision. Five hours later and at the close of the day no one called back. I'm not against people making money but don't make a deal to start with if you have no intentions of going through with it.

Definitely a great garage…read more My sprinter needed a replacement on the #1 injector and I was contemplating driving down to the carolinas to see a well renowned mechanic down there. However since I lived in Chicago a long trip became out of the question. I called a couple of times and was able to get my concerns settled as the owner himself responded and even owned 3 sprinters himself. All of the thing he said matched up to the things I've read online. Settle up the appointment was a bit difficult, in fact it took 3 calls. But after that everything was smooth. Remke's gave me a loaner vehicle during my repair and was done with the injector in a couple of days. I was recommended additional repairs and was told which was dire and which could last a few hundred more miles. Overall an honest shop with knowledgeable mechanics. They warranty their work too which is a great sign of workmanship. I drove an hour from Chicago despite numerous mechanics closer and I was not disappointed.
