My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. Needless to say, I am very impressed by Keith and his customer service / communications and will call on him again for future repairs. Thank you very much !!! We found a different mechanic to fix the vehicle with better prices and closer to our house. The mechanic left our car key in the car, when we went to pick up our car to have it towed to the other mechanic the key was missing. My husband called and left a voicemail asking what they planned to do about the key, he never received a call back. After 2 days we received no call back. I called, was sent to voice mail and was more adamant about getting a call back. Chris returned my call and was very rude. He said it was not his problem that someone stole our key out of our car while on his property. He does not have a lockbox that is unavailable to the general public and no cameras on the property. Our car is unusable without the key and they do not seem to care about replacing it, that is negligent. Do not leave your car here, if someone steals your property while it is in their hands they will do nothing about it.

I've been coming to this shop off and on for a few years for various services like alignments. In the past, I had minor issues with the alignments not being perfect, like the steering wheel not being straight, but I let it go. This time, I scheduled an appointment specifically for a check-engine light diagnosis and dropped the car off the night before. I agreed to the $160 diagnostic fee. However, I didn't get a call until late the next afternoon just to tell me I'd left the wrong key. I brought the correct key quickly, but then I didn't hear back until the following day. When they finally updated me, they said they just cleared the check-engine light without a real fix. I knew the code was a permanent one that wouldn't just disappear, so this was disappointing. They also looked into a secondary issue I had mentioned, but that wasn't my priority. Then, when the check-engine light came right back on after I left, they wanted me to wait for a manager and suggested another $160 fee, which wasn't disclosed before. In short, the lack of communication, unexpected fees, and the unresolved main issue made this experience frustrating. I hope they improve their transparency and service for future customers.
