Talking to this man has been one of the most disrespectful experience I have had in customer…read moreservice. The owner Mr. Miles himself came to my house and checked on my car. I had to go to work and he kept the key. I later had a phone call letting me know that the problem was the battery. I missed a call from him and when I called back he wanted immediate payment on the phone or a text message of my credit card number. I did not feel comfortable giving him either because I feared for my personal information and was in a public place. He did not let me explain and suddenly hung up the phone. Very professional wouldn't you agree. I politely called him back and told him that there wouldn't be a need for him to fix it. I paid for him coming to my house and looking at my car in the morning , thanked him and also texted him. That is when the abuse began. He called me "cheap a$$" probably because I questioned why a battery was costing me $182 to replace. I don't know much about card and just wanted to know. He called my vehicle "filthy little car" he told me that it is always "black women who want to play game" ( referring to my race of course), and never to call him again. I guess wanting to protect my information and asking questions are issues when one is an an Afro/descendant. I happily told him that I would not. I requested my keys and he actually gave me hard time about them. This was done via text messages. Given the nature and timeline of the text messages, all of which were unwarranted, I actually called the police department because I fear for my safety. I have kept the text messages. This my long winded way of saying if you are masochist and like to be abused and poorly treated in a transaction you are paying for this is a man for you. He advised me never to call him ago and I happily told him that I never would, but it is my responsibility after the unwarranted verbal and emotional abuse I suffered in trying to do business with this man to let others know. PS: I have saved the entire text message exchange to show that is not libel, but actual abuse that was perpetrated against my person.

Told me it would be $75 to take parts off vehicle in salvage yard, $100 for the parts, and another $100 to install it on my vehicle. After waiting nearly a week for him to just get the parts of the old vehicle I told him i didnt want him working on my car anymore because I couldn't afford to wait until he got around to it. Every time I asked him if he was doing work he would say it was "too cold" but would still try to sell me things I knew I didn't need. When I told him i needed to just receive the parts he had already gotten and get a refund for the $100 labor he did not do, he acted like a child and left my parts in a bag in my apartment parking lot without my permission telling me I "better go get them". He said I would not get my money back because he wasted his time running around doing work for me (that he didn't even do) . My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. Needless to say, I am very impressed by Keith and his customer service / communications and will call on him again for future repairs. Thank you very much !!! While the shop might not be the fanciest place to wait, they do have chairs, complimentary water, and a TV to keep you entertained. What truly makes this place shine is the incredible service and honesty of J and his team. From the moment I arrived, Jonathan greeted me warmly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He and his team are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and hospitable. They worked on several major issues with my truck and took the time to explain every detail along the way. Here's a quick breakdown of what was done: He replaced the rear brakes, rotors, brake hoses, and calipers. I had initially requested a brake fluid flush and fill, and to have my rear brakes and rotors changed, but the rear brakes weren't purging fluid. J and his team quickly got to work troubleshooting, inspecting the brake hoses, and discovering that they were clogged and that the caliper was seized. He sourced the parts and fixed the issue, all while showing me everything step by step to ensure I understood the problem and knew he wasn't making it up or anything like that. (He literally showed it to me) He also flushed and filled the fluids in both the front/rear differentials/transfer case. The engine coolant was flushed and replaced, and he even changed the spark plugs, showing me the worn condition of the old ones. He checked all the hoses and clips to ensure nothing else needed to be replaced and changed the serpentine belt, which was long overdue. Jonathan also took extra time to address the growing rust issue underneath my truck, showing me how bad it was and explaining a plan of action we could take to treat it and prevent further corrosion in the future, should I opt to bring it back to him. (I'm definitely going to come back for this) I was especially impressed with how honest and upfront he was about every repair. He explained everything clearly, showed me the worn-out parts, and never once tried to upsell me or cut corners. His prices are incredibly fair, and the quality of work is top-notch. Overall, Jonathan and his team provided excellent service in a timely manner, and I really appreciated his dedication to getting my truck maintenance up to date and ensuring it's safe for the road. The fact that he accepts all forms of payment.... Debit Card/Credit Card/Cash/Zelle was just an added convenience. If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and friendly mechanic who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Jonathan and his shop. They are a full service shop that does engines, transmissions, well pretty much everything. It's hard to find such integrity and expertise these days, but you'll definitely find it here!

You know that feeling when your cars about to take a poop or you fear the worst- I call him up right away or message and he'll get back to me as soon as he can to give me his professional opinion without seeing the car. The fact that there's someone I can lean to for answers in a hurry and not feel like I'm getting the short end, makes it worth it. Sure I've went to other places that were more convenient and reputable, but always end up leaving unsatisfied and poor I've also been to the shop stressed out about how much a fix could cost where he tells me honestly that I don't need to do it right now instead of fixing something that ain't broke. I've taken my laptop and worked in his waiting room, watched Netflix shows and even been educated on fixes. So don't regret going to the other guys when you can give his shop a try.
