A friend referred me to this business for my wife's vehicle, and thank God he did. We have used…read morethem multiple times for multiple vehicles since. It started when we had an issue at an area dealer who quoted me a price that I felt was totally inappropriate for tires and told us we needed new brakes and brake pads for my wife's car when I did not believe that to be the case. When we stopped by Cary Tire & Auto Center, they were able to get us quality tires far cheaper and they confirmed that our brakes were not ready to be replaced yet. That single trip saved me over $1200 that an area dealership wanted for the same service... Also, the service has always been very pleasant, they have squeezed us in on short notice, and provided a rental vehicle when needed. I have recommended this business to numerous people and will continue to do so.

First off the shipping process was a joke, they kept giving me the run around about the vehicle shipping. Took weeks to ship. 2nd and the most alarming with this business is that they sell cars that they say are in perfect condition tuned/not tuned when they in fact don't know or don't care. Bought my car last year from them and one year later I still cannot get it inspected in NYS because it was tuned and the tuner deleted files in the DME. Now I need a total replacement from Porsche for over $3600. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs and buy a certified preowned or always pay for a PPI - make them check the codes too. IL Motors didn't check the computer before selling the car. Lesson learned. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. Eventually if these people leave enough bad reviews we can prevent others from getting ripped off and scammed.
