We then followed him back to the shop where we bought (4) used tires because none of the tires were good on our car. We took our vehicle in. We knew that it needed a tire sensor monitor and we knew what tire needed it. We actually wanted them to do a diagnostic to make sure the engine was running properly and didn't have any errors. And asked for a quote on the sensor repair as we had just had one repaired at another shop. The charged us for diagnosing an issue. We already knew was there, and we didn't ask them to do and then when I called to question the manager about it. he lied to me and told him my husband spoke with him, but my husband knew that he had spoke with an associate and not the manager and so when I called him, I am back to tell him he lied to me then he started to change his tune. I took my car to Integrity after their phone quote was a bit lower than other garages in Beloit…read more The guys at Integrity--Lee, in particular--worked to find ways to lower the cost for me, including cleaning and fixing old parts rather than replacing them. The other shops wanted to get me for that part, and extra labor. I had a very tight time frame to get the repairs done, and Integrity told me they would meet my schedule. The problem ended up taking longer than expected, but I never felt like the shop was running me around. Integrity was very communicative with me, and even gave me a loaner car for the evening so I could buy groceries and supplies for my upcoming road trip. After the work was done, they double- and triple-checked my car with a road test, and actually made some adjustments after the test, without any extra fees. Then they tested the fix again. Lee made sure that I didn't leave his shop unsatisfied, and although I'm certain I was one of their less agreeable customers, I am enthused with their performance and service. I never felt like they were screwing me around, and their "multi-point inspection" came to my phone online, complete with pictures of my car for every problem they found. I would happily recommend Integrity to anyone in need of repairs in the area. P.S. Their waiting lounge is quite comfortable, and not depressing and old like most other shops.

I called Mavis to see if they had the capacity and was assured that they had time and "bays open." Upon arrival I was screamed at by a technician. After inspection, the auto technician told me that their diagnostic only showed that my driver side heated mirror was not working. I asked them if i could safely drive it and they said their diagnostic did not indicate it was unsafe. I drove it approximately 4 miles on I-39 before the engine ran afoul again. I got the impression that Mavis Technicians didn't want the work. They were rude and I believe they lied to me to get out servicing my auto, putting me, my passengers, and our contracted gig at risk. Last word, Midas has the car and it'll be ready Monday morning.
