Just the facts... Took vehicle in for dragging rear brakes…read more Diagnosis was need all new brakes. $1200. High, but OK, do it. Got it back, and brakes still dragging. Apparently needs new calipers. Another $800. No choice - do it. Caliper bolts not torqued properly. One fell out on the I-90 off ramp. Bang, bang, bang. Scary. They fixed it, but that was overall an expensive job to have it end in a brake failure. 1 star. They were courteous and did eventually fix the brakes. ...but I can't recommend, and will never go back to Marks.

UPDATE: What happened? This used to be a favorite store…read more Awful shopping experience. Rude staff. And worse. I needed a Yeti travel tumbler with a ring lid. Checked in the hunting department. Great selection. Two sizes. One size was $50; one size was $30. Multiple colors. BUT -- the white tumblers were all $30. Smaller tumblers were on both sides. In the middle was the large size. All labelled $30, three sets in a row. Well, it happens online. For whatever reason, a color doesn't sell as well, is getting phased out. Then sometimes the same size Yeti tumbler has a different price for different colors. I thought this was what was going on here. Picked out two. Headed for cash register. Rings up at cash register for $50. Staff person requests help. Next staff person is angry. Insists I can't purchase the tumbler for the lower -- on the rack listed -- price. I persevere. "Then I'll have to talk to my manager". (Threatening tone.) "Please do." Longer absence. Returns. Allows the purchase of one Yeti tumbler at the lower price, but not the intended purchase of two. ("That would be taking advantage.") Then hints perhaps someone has shuffled items on the shelf!!! (What?!! Theft?! I am a geriatric physician. With a rollator. That makes no sense. Incredibly insulting.) Very upsetting interaction. I don't understand. I don't see myself returning to this store. At least not anytime soon. Will drive to other branches, even if further away. So disappointing.

Had my car in and out with a freshly patched tire in roughly 20 minutes, even after waiting. These guys are efficient, good at their jobs, and eager to fix your issue. We went to this shop for help with a flat tire that we couldn't remove, due to lug nuts being…read morestripped & a bad jack. A young man named " Ernie " offered to help us, as the car was about a mile away, and we didn't have roadside service . So he followed us to our car, used his phneomatic tool to remove the lugs, took off the flat, and put on the spare. We then followed him back to the shop where we bought (4) used tires because none of the tires were good on our car. Ernie never complained ( it was quite cold outside ), he gave us such a great price and took care of this problem completely ! Please stop here if you need a used tire or (4) like we did...
