Both my girlfriend and I are business owners in Beloit. We each have high standards for customer service. Integrity Auto has, continually, met all of our expectations for the past 3 years. They take care of our vehicles and keep us SAFE! Once in a while, I will give a little 'pushback' when a quote seems too high. They are very kind and transparent to explain the reasons why (After all, I am a dummy when it comes to cars). More often than not, when they invoice me, they surprise me by shaving a few bucks off. Its a really good feeling to have. They also are pretty good about honestly clarifying the necessity of something needed to be fixed or replaced. For example, working brakes - VERY IMPORTANT...the courtesy light switch...Meh, not so urgent. I like that about them and they seem to give it to me straight. Many shops out there, sadly, tend to take advantage of women. My girlfriend doesn't feel that way about this shop. She feels we can trust them. We see the service manager, Lee, out at dinner frequently, and we always chat it up. SUPER friendly dude. The entire Integrity Auto staff is friendly, attentive, responsive, courteous, and I can tell from every interaction that I have had, that they truly care about their customers. AND my favorite...they always have a bountiful supply of danishes, cookies, or brownies on hand to sooth me when I'm about to drop $300 for a brake job. That is true love. I tend to hate getting my vehicle repaired. Between uncomfortable waiting rooms and a constant concern that my car is actually getting fully repaired without anything else being tweaked without me knowing or being over priced, I tend to just ignore any noises my car makes. However, trying Integrity Auto Care after a recommendation of a friend, I was immediately pleased with my experience. From the entrance to the waiting room, I felt welcomed and comfortable, not at all like I was sitting in a garage. Not to mention TV and free coffee! Not only that, but the friendly service made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. They made it very clear what needed to be done, what was going to be done, any recommendations, and stayed true to their word for when it would be finished. Paranoid, I checked for pricing over my phone most the time I waited, and I truly feel I got the best deal here. I suppose it's good news I haven't had to go back since they repaired my car, but I'm without a doubt returning here before any other shop when I do need to. read more

This is my go to shop! Happy to see they have recently opened a second location in belvidere! Even when I have been back and forth between states for school I always try to stop here to get any work done. Always happy with my service here. Disappointed to see a few misguided reviews on here from people who no doubt misunderstood the thorough process that Integrity Auto goes through to make sure you get all the information possible on your vehicle. Every time I come in they give me a full safety inspection, tell me how everything is looking and appropriately advice me on when to replace and maintain different parts of my car. They always give me the whole picture of what I need done then walk me through what is necessary to fix now, what can wait, and what to keep an eye on. They are also great about giving different price ranges. Always honest, always friendly and willing to work with you. The name suits them! I'll continue to come here for as long as I am in the area! I have used Integrity Auto Care for many years and have always appreciated the level of service and professionalism they provide. Truly refreshing. This last visit I had my "service engine" light come on so I had my SUV towed to their facility. Now, they could have told me almost anything and I would have felt compelled to pay to have it fixed. However, this time the problem was not so complicated so I was pleasantly surprised that the repair bill was a fraction of what I was afraid it would be. I guess that's why they named themselves "Integrity" Not only that, they even arranged to have my vehicle returned to my home. Amazing... and most appreciated! Been going here for years and they are the best! My old van had an engine ready to conk out and with few used vehicles out there we had decided when it needed we would put in a new engine. Well as happens it died when my husband was in the hospital and we were in a pinch. Lee was kind enough to let the van set there over the weekend while I dealt with the hospital, then was able to find us an engine and get it done in a reasonable time. Once it was completed he had me bring it back for a check over of the new engine. Leon provided me a ride to work and then brought the van back to me at work. As they knew we had no second income for almost two months they were so sweet as to gift me a new set of tires! They knew it needed tires for the winter and that I would have to put it off for a while. They were concerned and cared enough to make sure I was safe. Brought my Ford SUV in to have a possible oil leak inspected. From the moment I walked in you were immediately made to feel like family by 'Aunt D'. She offered me something to drink and eat and checked on me as I waited for my car. Everyone was very professional. My vehicle was brought in right away. The technician carefully explained to me what the issue was and what would be the best course of action. What I was most impressed with was Integrity's HONESTY. I have brought previous vehicles to other mechanics and they have "fixed" the issue. This is the first time I have ever brought a vehicle somewhere in the area and felt like they actually looked my car over and fixed the problem. I bought a used car and asked them to look at it because a week after purchasing it I noticed it was leaking oil. They not only looked at the oil issue but told me everything I needed to plan on and if it was a serious issue or could wait for a later date. I plan to go back to them in a month for tires. They also worked within my budge to get the business and make me a life long customer. my car had a gash in my tire from a construction site and needed repairs on my bumper from someone backing into me. Integrity replaced my tires and took it to a body shop for me and handled all the things. they had a loaner car for me to use while my car was being repaired. they brought my car to my home and then took the loaner so I didn't even step foot in the shop afterwards and paid my bill on my phone. very grateful, thank you. read more
