I took my car to Integrity after their phone quote was a bit lower than other garages in Beloit…read more The guys at Integrity--Lee, in particular--worked to find ways to lower the cost for me, including cleaning and fixing old parts rather than replacing them. The other shops wanted to get me for that part, and extra labor. I had a very tight time frame to get the repairs done, and Integrity told me they would meet my schedule. The problem ended up taking longer than expected, but I never felt like the shop was running me around. Integrity was very communicative with me, and even gave me a loaner car for the evening so I could buy groceries and supplies for my upcoming road trip. After the work was done, they double- and triple-checked my car with a road test, and actually made some adjustments after the test, without any extra fees. Then they tested the fix again. Lee made sure that I didn't leave his shop unsatisfied, and although I'm certain I was one of their less agreeable customers, I am enthused with their performance and service. I never felt like they were screwing me around, and their "multi-point inspection" came to my phone online, complete with pictures of my car for every problem they found. I would happily recommend Integrity to anyone in need of repairs in the area. P.S. Their waiting lounge is quite comfortable, and not depressing and old like most other shops.

Oh yeah - great prices…read more A couple of examples: I had a wheel vibration at highway speeds that seemed like a bad CV joint or bearing. Was prepared to drop big coin for a fix. I got a call the next morning - "you had a couple of lug nuts loose. We checked the studs for damage and all the others luge and you're all set. $40." Another time I took my car in for brakes. After 120k miles I was ready for a four wheel brake job. Nope, only the fronts needed new pads and the rotors were good just resurfaced. The backs were great after adjustment. Benefits of highway driving but still, no upselling and quality work. If I buy from TireRack or some other place online for tires, they gladly accept the delivery for me. Although sometimes they can get even better deals for me. Each time I was ready and willing to pay a lot more but these guys are honest and true. Only charged what I needed and a fair price to boot. This shop has been here since before I was born and if they keep this quality going - they'll be here long after I'm gone. No other tire shop compares. No, they're not open on the weekend but I'll gladly schedule around that to avoid the shoddy work from other franchises that are.

After talking with the gentleman at Hunter he told me that while he could try to fix it, it require's special tools that they did not have and that he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to fix it correctly. I very much appreciate his honesty! He could've easily taken advantage and left me stranded without my car for a week or more and still not have fix the problem, but you could tell that's just not who they are! I very much appreciate their honesty and giving me a better understanding about my situation. It made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision having my car serviced at the Subaru dealership in Janesville. Although I ended up not using their service, experiencing the honesty and education they gave me I have no doubt they're a great shop to work with!

DANGEROUS BRAKE WORK - AVOID HUNTERS…read more Dropped off my project Jeep in APRIL for new brake lines. Picked it up in June. Shop said some air in the lines is expected and will work out, and they can rebleed. Car was dangerous, foot went to floor. Brought back. Picked up today and inspected the brake lines. Looks like a circus rollercoaster - the line is running OVER the valve cover, the line in back goes in a LOOP, and none of it is secured. THIS IS DANGEROUS. STAY AWAY - DO NOT GET BRAKES DONE HERE!!!
