Absolutely the WORST!!!!! Stay away at all costs!! Go ANYWHERE else!!! Horrible experience! Got a very overpriced synthetic oil change. Drove a few miles and smoke coming from the rear. Had to pull over and call them. They did not tighten the filter cap and the oil poured out from my car. They sent someone to check it out. They put 3 1/2 courts back in. Went to Jiffy Lube with an oil change coupon from there own website for this zip code and this particular store, showed them the coupon before service, then when service was done, they wouldn't honor the coupon and charged my card even before telling me that the "code didn't work" and would try scanning the bar code on the coupon. I will NEVER EVER EVER go to this Jiffy Lube AGAIN!!! I dropped my car off Wednesday for a oil change and a front headlight bulb replaced. They closed yesterday, apparently because of heat???? I couldn't reach them by phone ALL day and THEN they left all my windows down overnight, when it rained! I went to pick it up a little while ago and they wanted to charge me almost $150 for ONLY an oil changed and didn't replace headlight because they said it would cost $300 plus because they have take bumper off!!! I also had to fight with them because they quoted me $59 for oil change and they said because my car had more than 66,000 miles, it costed almost $150! I may not know a lot about cars, but I'm not a f'in moron! I was quoted on the phone and online $79.99, (I had a $30!off gift card, which only reason I went there). The manager told me that both were wrong and I asked why she didn't honor what her employees quote AND the online quote, which u put all ur car's info in, she said, "Nope, I don't"! My daughter recorded entire conversation, which I didn't know, but it does help to back up my story & version, as I'm filing claim with BBB. I went to get just an oil changed. I waited for over an hour in line watching the workers inside meander around. When my car was serviced, it took over 20 minutes. Most of the time no one was working on the car. After I left, I looked at the receipt. It said that they had completed all these services like cleaning the windows and cleaning the floor. This work was not done. The windows were not cleaned and the floors were not cleaned. Never going back. read more

Everyone was very nice and helpful getting front disc brakes. There was a mix up with the rotors but it was corrected immediately and fast turn around after that. Employees were friendly and accommodating so a pleasant experience overall. read more

I'm always hesitant to go to any quick oil change place since most of the time my experience is not good. They always mess something up and try to upsell unnecessary services. Since this Jiffy Lube just opened, we figured we would give it a try. That was a mistake. After they changed the oil, they didn't put the engine lower cover screws back in. Now it's falling off and I have to fix it. You're better off going to the dealership or another business with mechanics even though it might cost a little more and take a little more time. read more

We turned in here off the road because our car's right side rear turn signal indicator was ready to burn out. A young person (Alexa? Alexis? Apologies; I don't remember your exact name!) emerged immediately to ask what service we needed. We were directed to a location and within a few seconds one of the two young guys working on the car inside the garage ahead of us assured us they would be with us soon. And they were. They replaced the bulb and then refused to charge us for ANY of it: the bulb or the labor!! Their only request: "Could you please post an honest review about our location on Yelp?" Of course! With pleasure!! These young workers have terrific work ethics; a thing sorely missing by so many of us, esp in light of Covid Crazy Times these past 18 months. Their attention was a pleasure. I drove 1/4 mile to Walmart and they got me right in and their top line synthetic oil change was $65 with tax. they are not just high they are ridiculous high! read more

Unfortunately you can't leave zero stars. I went to have an oil change 2 months ago, I love and have great experiences at other jiffy lube locations. Was one of the first people in line and it started to fill up behind me fairly quickly. As I left I noticed the courtesy items like interior window cleaning and vacuuming were marked as "done" but indeed were visibly not done. I wasn't going to get back in a 4-car-deep line to have them clean my windshield or vacuum my front seats, but I did think I deserved answers so I called and mentioned that the only two things I'm competent to check myself weren't done and I was concerned about the things I couldn't see- the manager said "I'm watching the video now and they definitely did the oil change" again- red flags bc you really needed to pull the cameras to confirm an oil change happened 5 mins ago? Anyway, now I'm in the repair shop because my coolant was completely dry on a 90 degree day and I got stranded on the highway. No leaks. Just incompetent service. Thank god I pulled off. 100% will not be back and desperately begging that you don't even give them a chance to do this to you. read more

I went to have an oil change today at the Delevan Jiffy Lube. It was my first time there and I had a 30.00 off coupon. The man that took my information showed me on his tablet that I would owe 27.00 and change after my coupon discount. When it came time to pay it was 10.00 more! I asked to talk to the original guy that gave me my original price and was told he left for the day. The extra 10.00 I was told was skid plate removal charge. I have never had an extra charge such as that. My advice is to stay away from this company and go nextdoor to F&F or someplace else where they are transparent and honest . read more

Great service team! I had a slow leak in my tire I went in Saturday afternoon they plugged the nail hole and sent me on my way in less than five minutes for no charge! I was floored. Amanda and her team took such good care of me. They are rock stars. And this is the cleanest waiting room I've ever seen for any type of oil change, tire store, dealership, etc. not only was it clean, it's air conditioned with updated seating and flooring. I went to this Jiffy Lube because of the top off policy. I used to receive top offs no questions asked, from a friendly staff, who were familiar with my car's history. It burns oil. This has been confirmed by other mechanics. It seems that recently there has been a major staff turnover. The individual that I have been dealing with, Joshua, may be a manager or just presents himself as an authority figure. He insisted that I have an oil leak, and whenever I have come for a top off, makes me very uncomfortable. The last time I was there, after waiting for an hour, he kept me from pulling into an empty bay for twenty minutes while he checked my mileage to see if I qualified for the top off. I had an oil change six weeks prior. After deciding that I was done with Joshua's passive aggressive behavior, I did my own top off. Joshua put the cap on my oil tank so tightly that we needed pliers to open it. I'm never coming back. read more

if i could give no stars i would. took my brand new car in just to have a tire patched. i get in my car there is mud and oil all over my leather & the wheel, the door, and paint chipped off the door from the guy trying to squeeze in. the girl that greeted me had me try to get out of my car and goes i have my hand here it's fine..i'm 100 pounds if i could barely get out how the hell would a huge man be able to get in? i moved the car over a bit. & said to come get me when it's done..they didn't..if you have a nice car or care about your things avoid this place bc they don't. I drove off and noticed my tire pressure button flashing pulled over and realized they didn't even put the cap back on my tire. Had to go & get air to make it back with my 5 year old in the back. no apology or anything and the man was extremely unapologetic and rude as if i did something wrong lol. this place is an absolute joke. read more

Worst place I have EVER gotten my oil changed. You would be better off letting you car run out of oil and blow the engine than go here! I went here August 2021. There was a line and it was really hot outside. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I was stuck on an important phone as I was waiting. A lady popped out a yelled for me to turn my car off and get off my phone so I could pay attention. WHAT? I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so I overlooked it and finished my call by the time I was able to pull in (40 minutes waiting in line). I told them an oil change. The guy told me that I can only get a certain type of oil and my tires must be set at a certain psi. I told him to leave the tires alone and agreed to the oil. Then he was about to do do a flush for my A/C. I asked what he was doing and he said That my car needed it. I stopped him and pointed out my car only had 20,000 miles on, I didn't request it and that I didn't want it. He then got a real bad attitude. It was almost unbelievable. I came in on a Saturday and they stayed over an Hour late to make sure I could get back on the road safely the same day. Attention!! Do not use this location for anything requiring an employee from Jiffy Lube to touch your vehicle. Not one person working showed any kind of experience in servicing vehicles for an oil change. From the very beginning of the process to the end was nothing but one disappointment after another. I was asked to move my place in line three times before I was pulled into the bay for the oil change, this took them 45 minutes. Mind you there was only one vehicle being serviced at the time, with 6 people walking around seemingly confused at what exactly there job was. Once I was in the bay, it took the people working almost 40 minutes to complete a basic oil change. Jiffy Lube should take a better measure of an individual's ability to meet the expectations required for the job, BEFORE hiring them. Worst service I have ever received for an oil change. Completely incompetent from start to finish. Over $100 for an oil change is ridiculous, especially having to deal with people that appear to have no experience in the field they were hired for.
