Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They let me drop my van off the night before, so I didn't have to just leave it on the side of the road with the keys under the mat. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . Outstanding communication and service. Air-conditioning went out in my Camry and another shop just couldn't find the issue after 3 tries. So I decided to find a different shop. Bove's was suggested to us by a friend of my wife. All the staff were very friendly and courteous whether it was just me arriving to find a packed lot and one of the workers immediately telling me he was moving a car and I could park it where that car was to my leaving after I paid and the "have a good days" from everyone that came across my path to the car. I've put 2000 miles on the car while on vacation since then (just a week and a half ago) and the air conditioner is working better than it has In a long time. For the first time since I've owned the car, I actually need to either turn down the speed of the blower and/or adjust the temperature. In other words, it's like new. Which, I suppose, that's what a repair should be like. Tony called me every step.of the way and explained in great detail with what the mechanics were finding. Thanks to the Bove's crew! I had a check engine light on my 2008 corolla. I called them and asked them if they could do a quick diagnostic and if needed I could drop my car off another day. When I got there they had the diagnostic test done within two minutes and determined that there was a fuel vapor leak. They gave me a new gas cap and told me to drive around and report if the check engine light returned. They didn't charge me anything for the gas cap. These guys are the best. read more

They want to keep you as a return customer and it shows in the respect and service they give you. For example: my co-worker's son had to take a manual shift vehicle in to repair. The problem was he did not use the manual shift properly. After repairing, the owner took the time to teach him the proper way to use it.
