Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . Very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to staff that made a crummy situation way better. Mark's said they were available for my service request online and let me schedule an appointment through yelp. Was for a simple brake estimate. Said it would be free for the estimate. Dropped off my vehicle early. Sign outside says "free estimates". On arrival, staff said they had no knowledge of my appointment or request (awesome!). Said it would be no problem and they would take a look at the brakes. Said if I decided to move forward with the repair, it should be able to be done today, in a couple hours. Dropped off vehicle around 9:30 am. 1pm comes around, no calls or updates. I was about to give them a call, since it was nearing the end of their work day. I finally get a call. Staff says they did a visual inspection, but it would be $50 for them to take the wheels off and give me an estimate. I'm like you had my car for hours and you haven't even started looking at it, and now you want to charge me for an estimate? I told them I would just pickup the car, because they haven't even worked on it. On my arrival back to the facility, my car hasn't moved one inch, from where I left it. If you are so busy and have so much business, why even bother wasting my time, by saying you could work on it the same day? Hope it was was worth it, because I will never be back or refer anyone here.

We were referred to this place by a friend who told us of their phenomenal work and and even more phenomenal prices. We needed our front brakes done. We dropped off the car in the morning and they called us around two o'clock to tell us it was ready. I had forgotten to tell them I needed a tire plugged. When we got there they hadn't finished the plugging work because the guy I talked to on the phone was out to lunch. But the man we talked to said no problem he would do it for us. Fifteen minutes later I have a plugged tire and he DID NOT CHARGE me. Excellent, very excellent. All-in-all our tire expenditures were around $105. Not bad. Not bad at all. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I would have been hesitant to come if it had not been recommended here by a trusted friend. It doesn't look like much on the outside but don't be fooled or judge too quickly. You will surely have quality work.
