After years of using the same mechanic for all issues including all oil changes I decided to try Quees since they are close and thought I'd help a small business. I took my car there and they were able to take me in right away, they seemed slow yet it still took an hour for an oil change. Everyone was friendly. I guess I should have asked in advance the cost but didn't, it was just an oil change! I've had this exact car in for synthetic oil changes and it usually costs $55 to $62, they charged $90!!!! No excuse for that kind of price, I would not recommend them! read more

I had hit something metal on the highway and my tire went flat and I luckily got off the highway in time to save my rim from being messed up. I stopped by Queens Auto Service today and the service manager Lex was extremely friendly. He got my battery ordered, delivered and installed very quickly and I was on my way. He was very personable as I was waiting and he was professionally efficient managing his team of mechanics to work to get others customers cars serviced as well. You can tell his employees respect him to Do his job and that the employees are happy during their service. Lex was informative about the warranty on my service and even gave me a quote to get my brakes serviced without being pushy. I knew I had a flat tire and had to exit the highway immediately. I pulled into the nearest gas station which happened to be right down the street from Queens Auto Service. I looked them up, called and spoke to Lex. He sent one of his staff right over and was able to change my flat, get over to the store and replace it with a new tire. All done in under an hour. Brought the wife's Chevy suburban in for universal joints. They quoted me a very reasonable price for having these done. Driveshaft looking very nasty, these guys worked and worked and got it apart. Many shops would've been insistent on selling a new driveshaft at significant Mark up. They also brought a few other things to my attention that are legitimate needs. I and my wife's precious suburban will be returning for the remainder of the work. They were kind enough to take me to the shop floor and show me why said work needs to be performed. Do not rent a U-Haul from this place!!! "John" was the most rude employee. My husband rented a 5x8 covered trailer and was told to pick it up from this location. He gets there with his contract and they wouldn't take his drivers license. He's Active Duty with an expired Pennsylvania drivers license, which is legal because he's in the military. Then I show up, an hour later with a "valid" drivers license, and they don't have the 5x8 trailer we reserved. John says well your husband should've checked the inventory! Really where do you keep your u-hauls...they could've been inside, in the back or on the side of the building, really?! What a jerk! He had the contract in front of him and should've said "well we don't even have this trailer, don't make your wife drive an hour out here. No, he knew and never said anything! Every time we tried to talk to him, he would walk away or just talk so he didn't have to listen. Then, John calls his supervisor and he was just as ignorant and rude as "John"!
